I have booked 10-days stay at Bon Rivage. Instead of located in the main building, I was allocated to a small building close to the main road. I need to open the window slightly, otherwise the room is stuffy. I am constantly being disturbed by traffic at late night and early morning. I cannot sleep. I have occasionally no Wi-Fi. Despite going to the reception to ask for a room change, they repeatedly telling me that there is no room available. A colleague of mine arrived and was allocated in the same building after she complained, she got allocated to the room in the main building. I am not sure of why the different treatment. Hopefully this is not a discrimination against Asian since I am a Chinese. The hotel staff are not helpful at all despite I was standing at the reception asking for help. They ignored me and served others. This is the most terrible experience I have in Switzerland.

I rested very well, all personnel were very friendly and helpful. I like to come back to this hotel every time I come to Switzerland for work. Having the Riviera pass makes easier to over around from Vevey to Montreux to the mountains.

Nice hotel, great terrace overlooking Lac Leman with a beautiful view. Everything 100 %. Good taxi service. Close to Montreux and Vevey. Nice walks alongside border of Lac Leman. A pity the restaurant was closed during Noël. Breakfast ok. Staff very helpfull.

Had a fabulous holiday and stay at Hotel Bon Rivage. Firstly, the hotel was in the ideal location for Montreux and Vevey, both being a short bus ride away (with the free bus pass). I had the most relaxed holiday there, the views were stunning and everything about tech hotel was perfect. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be going back. Many thanks Hotel Bon Rivage for making me so welcome.

It is a very traditional, cozy hotel almost at the river. The rooms are small and not very spacious, but it serves the purpose. They have actual keys instead of room cards which I find it very warm and authentic. The breakfast was okay. Nice Nespresso machine in the room. Location is excellent, try to get a room with mountain and river view.

Nice hotel, great location, beautiful view on the lake and the mountains, very nice staff. I found the bed too soft and uneven, maybe the matrass was old, but that might be a personal preference. During the evening, when it got windy or rainy something got noisy and I could not figure out what.

Room beds most valuable like the location and lake view. Bathroom standard a bit old level style and design. Buffet breakfast content offered was too limited according to the high cost and standard level. No warm dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes etc).

Great location on the edge of Lake Geneva. Hotel stands just above the water edge with a short garden path down. Has car parking at the front (charge of 5CHF per night. Rooms good size with separate mattress on double beds. Small bathroom - only complaint would be size of shower as very small. Complimentary toiletries. Large room fan - was definitely needed as weather very hot. Breakfast was a self service continental style. Seating was I doors or out on the terrace which had an amazing view across the lake. Hotel provides guest pass for discount travel on bus service & discounts for local amenities & places of interest. Friendly helpful staff
