Very quiet and modest, will definitely be back.

The pictures of the rooms and property are misleading. It was definitely older and the walls are thin. I heard someone bouncing a ball at 5am. And people riding something in the hallway. Our room was missing towels as well

This is one of the least clean hotels I have ever stayed in. There was hair in the bed and the towels were not clean looking or folded. The shower was still wet from prior use and the whole room smelled. This was also one of the most expensive rooms I have paid for and I travel almost every weekend for youth sports. Will not stay here again.

The only issue I had was the shower curtain was just a little too short and didn’t want to stay in the tub so it was a challenge not soaking the whole bathroom - everything else was great! The person who checked me in Friday evening was very polite and welcoming, will stay here again in the future!

Place is dated and no matter how much you clean it will look dated : but it was as clean as any hotel stayed at, staff was very nice and helpful, and breakfast had hot protein. We were there for a tournament and very close to event so it was fine. Staff tries very hard to do a good job. Only thing photos of rooms a little deceiving but that’s everywhere.

Ted at the front desk was very cordial and easy to work with. The breakfast area had several machines out of order, including the orange juice dispenser and the pancake, waffle machine. The overall cleanliness of this Baymont was acceptable.

Hotel is run down and in need of many repairs. No one was watching the entrance most of the times we left and came back. So anyone could walk in without question. The hotel is in need of many repairs. For instance, the towel bar in our room was hanging away from the wall on the last thread of the screws. Many things like this all over the place.

Price was reasonable for the facility, but they charged my debit card twice after I had already paid ******* for my reservation. They claim they would fix it. I'm still waiting to see this resolved in my bank account. So as of right now I have paid almost $300 for a $71 room. Trying to decide if I should contact the authorities and charge them with Credit card fraud.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was free, hot and well maintained. The parking area was not cleared of ice and snow sufficiently to make walking easy. There was no place to park safely for someone using a cane due to the ice, including the handicap parking spaces. During my stay I fell in the parking lot trying to get from my car to the side door of the hotel.

My first thing was I wasn't please that I had to pay $100 deposit because I lived in one of the three surrounding areas. And then was told that it would be reimbursed if there was no problems but then seven days. If I give you $100 to stay the night at your hotel the next day when you find that there's nothing wrong with your room I should get my money back the next day not within 7 days! I requested a late check out as we didn't need to be any place until 1:00, was told they didn't know if they could accommodate that. Get into the room to turn on the refrigerator and there's dirty towels in the refrigerator. Other than that the room was clean. Went to the pool, no towels in the pool area except for dirty towels, requested more towels we did obtain those. The chlorine was so intense we weren't able to swim very long and the person not swimming, was overtaken by the chlorine time in the pool short. And ultimately we came for the indoor pool totally misled totally disappointed, as Lawrence has many other choices. The area seemed safe enough, had a few Extended Stay guests. Up this morning, to go take a dip in the pool, we find all of the dirty towels from yesterday still there. The gentleman that was at the front desk this morning was considerably nice.

Great customer care 👌 👍 lights went out twice in the whole building but other than that l had a blessed and wonderful stay at the BAYMONT BY WYNDHAM IN LAWRENCE KANSAS. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE . I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO OTHERS.

Just checked in. Room is clean and quite large. Front desk employee was awesome!

Needed a place for the night with the kids. Nothing fancy. Clean sheets, comfortable beds, great location was all we asked and got.

Room was nice, restroom door would not close or lock. Weird stains on restroom roof and mold on spout, spout was also hard to change water to shower head.
