The owner or manager was rude to an older lady because she didn't know how to use the waffle machine. I think that's very normal and that doesn't mean you have to be rude and talk rudely to a person. It would be better if you explained to them how to do it.

I got into town early. I stopped by the property to see if maybe I could check in. It was early 11:30 on Feb 11th. they told me most of the maid service was just getting started and my room wasn't ready. They said would try to get it ready by 1:00. I came back at 1:40. They said it'll be another 45 minutes or so maybe. They just really seem like they didn't care

Had a very good experience staying here. The rooms were super clean which was something very different from other places we stayed. The check in was smooth and they have a good lot options for breakfast. Rooms are very spacious with balcony. We had a breathtaking view of the mountain. There are sufficient parking and it's near to leavenworth free parking which is plus. We met the owner of the inn and he shared us quite insights into leavenworth and surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

We left 1 hour after check in because of the conditions. The property was nothing like the ratings. The rooms were dingy, run down and there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom from the previous guests. The accommodations especially the bathroom was completely horrendous.

We had a lovely stay at der Ritterhof. Check in was easy, and they provided us with a pack n play for our daughter to sleep in. The free breakfast was great (love Belgian waffle irons!), and it’s a quick walk to the main street of Leavenworth. We would happily stay here again.

No microwave in room--were told to bring our food to the lobby and use their microwave! We finally talked them into letting us borrow one for the room. Also, we needed 2 blankets since there were none on the bed! They wouldn't bring any to us--we had to go to the office to get them. In addition, the room heater wouldn't work, and the receptionist had to try to fix it by talking on the phone with the maintenance man. We offered to go to another room but she said there were no "one queen bed rooms for 3 nights available." However, there were 3 big buildings and we only saw a very few cars. Their sign wasn't ever lit, and it was hard to find the motel for this reason.

Such a cute hotel and the beds were very comfortable! I liked how friendly the staff was. The knight on the property was super cool!

Old, dank, no water pressure, horrible hot/cold water mix. No sheers for privacy Only dark draps closed with no outside light or open with no privacy.

Good location, about 5-10 minute walk into town. Staff are very friendly and the included breakfast was decent. Likely due to the low temp affecting water pipes, shower and sink water turned brown several times so let it run for a little if that happens. Biggest complaint is walls are incredibly thin and you can hear normal talking levels, sinks and doors in nearby rooms.

The room was clean the staff was very nice but seem far away from downtown if you didn't have a car. this place is good for everyone who has a car

Staff genuinely cared about us having a good experience here. Check in and check out was easy and it was nice walking distance to the shops.

We couldn't get hot water for wash or shower. No drinking water even in the lobby, they ask you to drink tap water. Free breakfast but so basic and very low quantity.

It was comfortable enough but basic for the price. Which was unexpectedly $400/night after I booked based on a published price of $204. TV sound and picture flickered, wifi was slow, which was an Issue with need to work out jobs, bathroom fan extremely loud.

I paid over $400 for one night and the bathroom had a lot of water damage by the shower and a lot of mold in the corners. Coffee stains on the table. Not what I would expect when it's over $400 for one night.
