My hotel stay was wonderful! I booked the loft. It was very spacious, clean, spacious, and well equipped - there was silverware, crockery, a nespresso machine, fridge, and microwave. I liked the continental breakfast that was brought to my room, and the staff were also very helpful.
I had to climb two flights of stairs to get to the door of the loft and then another one once inside the room, but I was very glad for the exercise. Just be aware of this and book a room on the ground or second floor (first floor outside the US) if you don't find stairs convenient.
If I'm ever in Leiden again, I will definitely stay here. 10/10!

Lovely new hotel at walking distance from the city center. Very nice staff at the reception. There is a kitchenette with a fridge in the room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very good stay in a contemporary and spacious room, equipped with full kitchenette. The bathroom is a little small but functional. Total calm and close to the city center on foot. Small downside for parking managed by the city and very expensive.

Very intimate hotel, spacious room with kitchenette, functional but a little small bathroom. The decoration is very pleasant. The area is quiet and a 5/10 minute walk from the center. Breakfast (free on the first day) is good but cold and not plentiful enough. The products are quality, salty/sweet. We regret the cost of parking which is not the responsibility of the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a nice bed, top shower and coffee and tea making facilities. Nice employees. Beautifully designed new hotel, on a nice, very quiet canal, around the corner from the center and close to the parking garage where you can park your car for 16 euros per day! Enough sockets and everything had been thought of. Top!
