Hamill's Bed and Breakfast

Spent two days in Ballinamore staying at Hamills beautiful guest house. Spacious, comfortable room, a delicious breakfast and lovely lounge area with T.V, books, jigsaws and chocolate! I really appreciated the warm welcome from the charming, helpful hosts.

Our 5 nights at Hamills B and B were a delight. Damien and Bernadette are the best hosts - welcoming and interested, happy to provide information and a welcome cup of tea or beer. Our room was spacious and well thought out and the bathroom, one of the roomiest we’ve seen this holiday. We enjoyed our breakfasts although we had to start to moderate what we ordered when our shirts started to get a bit tight ! I particularly enjoyed my scrambled egg and Boxty. There is a lovely outside seating area to meet other guests and chat and also a lounge room where we watched the All Blacks play against France - so nice to have places to sit instead of just your bedroom. If we didn’t live in New Zealand we would have a return visit more often. Some of the other guests had been visiting every year for 17 years - which is a recommendation all in itself

If you are staying in or near beautiful Ballinamore Leitrim, we would highly recommend staying at Hammil’s B&B, located right in town and walking distance to everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast is delicious. Damian and Bernadette will treat you like family. Best place we stayed in our 2 weeks visiting Ireland!

Stayed two nights in Ballinamore for a family reunion and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The room was very comfortable ( including beds) and hosts were very friendly. It is located in center of town and very walkable to pubs/restaurants. We arrived back one afternoon and Bernadette immediately brought up a pot of tea to the upstairs sitting room which was much appreciated by our group. There was a nice cozy fire in sitting room downstairs that guests also took advantage of that damp chilly day. They provided a full Irish breakfast in the morning which was delicious. Definitely would highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Ballinamore!

Wonderful place! We really enjoyed staying in Hamill's B&B. Very warm and cozy. Very clean. The rooms are very comfortable. Ideal place to relax. Perfect location. Tasty breakfasts and aromatic coffee. Highly recommended!

Always the warmest welcome in Ireland We have been staying at the Hamil's B and B for many years and Damien and Bernadette are the most welcoming hosts we have ever stayed with in Ireland. Their home is comfortable and convenient, and the Irish breakfast is the best in Ireland. Please make sure you try Bernadette's home made brown bread, perfect with a bottomless pot of Irish tea , Irish butter and jam. They are located in the midst of Ballinamore, with easy walking distances to restaurants, church, pubs and stores. You can not go wrong staying with the Hamils as they will make your stay in Leitrim memorable and you will leave rested , refreshed and well fed. We cant wait to visit again

Stayed here over the weekend a beautiful bnb in balinamore co Leitrim. I say bnb more like a 4 star hotel. The room was huge extremely comfortable bed and a massive onsuite great little touches like bottled water and even cotton buds and wool.Our host Damien was and is a proper gentleman even brought our bag up to the room plus the man makes an excellent breakfast fresh cooked and his menu amazing.Thank you Damien for a lovely stay we will be back Robert and Elaine.

Brilliant stay. Really friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely and bernadette was particularly friendly and helpful with regards to whatever we wanted and also giving us ideas on places to go. Rooms and place was very clean and in middle of town. Highly recommended Eoin Raftery
