"Arrived very late, just before the reception closed for the night. I got a room in the old building at the top floor – probably because I brought my dog with me. But there was no heating turn on which meant that the temperature in the room was very very low. The reception was closed and I did not call for assistance. But the result was a very bad night’s sleep. When I informed the reception about the heating problem, they of cause apologized. I think I had expected more than an apology. When that is said, the hotel is situated very nice, close to the West coast and it seems, that it offer a good service."

"The apartment was nice, but we found some downsides like: - the bedsheets and towels were very expensive to rent - the opened shower flooded the bathroom - the directions to reach the apartment received from the owner were misleading and it took us a lot of time to find it."
