Check in was ok. Got to our room there was somebody else's food in our refrigerator. The front desk did not seem to think that that was an issue. There were stains on the floor from the previous desk as well as coffee, stains on the counter in the bathroom that had not been cleaned up either. We also called the facility the day before to find out if the pool is open and we were told it was not. when I arrived to the check-in counter it was obvious that the pool was open. The girl at the front desk said it was a miscommunication with *******. However, I called the hotel directly and was told that the pool is not open.

Every thing was great except for the road noise it was crazy loud up till about 12. And then we had some person above us who did not care that there was people below him. It sounded like he was going to come through the ceiling.

We like to stay because it is so close to shopping. It was clean and I liked the supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower. It was quite loud outside our room- I kept hearing doors opening and closing for many hours even in the middle of the night. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. overall, I was happy with my stay.

My credit card was charged $80.44 USD by this hotel when I booed/paid through *******??? This needs to be looked into because this is not right!!!

We always have good experiences at Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. This trip we felt the breakfast was not up to standard. sausage was cold and dry and tasted more like a dry hamburger . The biscuits were dry as well. My personal opinion is that I prefer the scrambled eggs over the pre fab omelets.

This hotel is close to the highway and was VERY noisy not to exclude the kids running up and down the hallway at all hours.

Loved the staff, they always had a smile. Hotel appears brand new and is very clean. Ed’s were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious!

Overall the stay was fine. Close to shopping, ******, and dining. Hotel was very busy and noisy. Breakfast bar was very well maintained and good. Had paid for hotel in advance and they placed another nights stay hold on my card. Still waiting for charges to drop off. This put a crimp on my budget for the weekend.
