Very quiet location a stone's throw from the sea with free or equipped beach. BB very cared for in every detail. Paid parking next to the lift. Very well equipped and modern kitchen with courtesy condiments. We had an upgrade to a two-room apar**ent that was really clean and tidy in every detail. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, oven and microwave. Spacious and functional bathroom. Terrace with table for dining outside. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants a few meters away. The girl at the reception was very nice and professional. A really nice surprise! I also recommend it for long stays. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks for the hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

+ Close to the seafront, central squares and minimarkets. Clean studio with air conditioning, friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our bags in storage before check-in. - The assigned studio apar**ent was not the same as in the photos, in fact the one we stayed in had a bathroom designed for people with disabilities, while from the photos this was not the case. There are no mosquito nets in the French window, consequently there were many flies and mosquitoes. We were not advised of the €50 deposit.

Having happened by chance after a traveling holiday, for the sole purpose of getting close to Messina for boarding, we spent two nights in this residence which perfectly combines the services of a hotel and the privacy of an apar**ent (a small daily cleaning and change of linen as needed). Handy and friendly owners who reveal themselves, hour after hour, to be unexpectedly skilled and knowledgeable (she speaks impeccable English). The accommodation is functional, new, fragrant, more than clean I would say sterilized like an operating room... And it's all there!!!! We even managed to cook thanks to a mini supply of condiments designed specifically for those facing short stays. We took the studio apar**ent which, despite the definition, has two rooms, four beds, a large bathroom with dressing room, as well as a small sunny terrace. From the apar**ent you can move around the whole town on foot, which is truly a handkerchief and runs along the seafront. We were sad to leave, I felt a feeling of affection. This anonymous place (it looks like Rimini with the beautiful sea) has entered my heart. And much of the credit goes to the good service of this structure. When entrepreneurs are skilled professionals, ostentation is unnecessary, things emerge on their own. You can see that this family works with passion, love and respect for customers, and that the services have been designed by putting themselves in the customer's shoes. Beautiful spacious clean and great apar**ents. Nothing is missing, great terrace, washing machine, great modern kitchen and in less than two minutes walk to the beach. Parasol can be booked directly at the property. The landlords are exceptionally friendly and helpful. For us, Letojanni is one of the cleanest places in Sicily so far, with a lot of possibilities for vacationers and tourists. Many sights in the near and distant surroundings can be reached by train or bus. Here, too, the landlords are happy to advise and help. We can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Thanks again to the landlord and the staff, who are also very friendly and helpful and should not be forgotten here. Grace mille!

Very disappointing stay. We spent 3 nights in an apar**ent without any charm and no light. You had to climb the low wall to see the sky. Unpleasant smells in the corridors. urine smells in the bathroom. No sound insulation, neither with neighbors, nor with the outside world. Nothing to do with the photos on the site...
