" The services paid did not correspond to the expected services: - no hot water, - quality stone pillows _ televisions, but no remote control to turn them on The only response from the person at reception was 'ah good', and went back to empty his dishwasher... No excuses, which seems to me to be a minimum. Not to mention the crying of a baby all night long, a room which was very far from ours, but no sound insulation in this hotel. I'm used to Accor group hotels, and this is the first time I've been disappointed."

"How can I put it? Amateurism!!!!!! Long, very long, even very very long minutes before finding my reservation. A dilapidated 12m² room to fit three beds, impossible to move once they were set up. A 10-minute wait in the middle of the dining room before being served (3 tables occupied upon our arrival for 3 waitresses). The meal was very average. We placed our order, dishes were missing, and we reserved our dessert, no problem, except that, very strangely, when it came time to serve it to us, there were none left, and for good reason, they were offered and reserved for a table that was seated well after us. The waitress was lacking discretion, and we very clearly heard them say she was saving it for them (probably regulars). In short, very disappointed and unhappy!!!! Only the breakfast was up to scratch, but was it enough to satisfy us? Surely not."
