房間很大，特別寬敞，住起來很舒服，還有智能語音控制，高科技，前台小姐姐還有客房小姐姐服務都挺好的，還免費升級了房型！很愉快的一次入住！下次還選擇蘭歐酒店！！！

各方面都很滿意，最好是客服，有問必答。
買吸氧管￥10/條，可以在大堂吧安排吸氧機免費吸氧。
有衞生瑕疵，發現煙蒂，我們闔家不抽煙，但可以接受，噴淋頭水管漏水，清理後水壓變大。
一切都被温暖的客服治癒了。

首次入住該酒店，感覺非常不錯，入住的時候前台小魚貼心的給我們推了行李還跟我們介紹酒店的早餐和製氧機，入住第二天客房服務員打掃衞生的時候，找她們多要了兩瓶礦泉水也沒有收費！早餐也不錯！
