The food in the restaurant is also delicious and the price is very affordable. The room in the fitness area is very clean and exquisite, the style is particularly retro, and the sweet girls will like the facilities and the bed is very comfortable. I will come again next time😆

The price is not low, on average more than 2200 a night, of course it was set earlier, and later Ctrip reduced the price. So the sooner you set the cheaper is not necessarily right. No breakfast. Children with two double beds. By the way, when checking out, I charge an additional resort fee of $ 30 per night.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights on Booking.com, where it was advertised as a 4 star hotel. The hotel itself is ok but it is definitely not 4 star. Location is pretty good and is close enough to walk to South Beach and Ocean Drive. The reception area is pleasant enough and the staff were ok (they were a little blunt but we found a lot of people on Miami Beach to be like that). Beware that they take a $100 deposit for the minibar in your room, which should be returned within 5 working days if you don't use it. We only checked out today so I'm hoping this will be the case. The pool was the smallest I've ever seen and always seemed to be in the shade (it's in a quadrangle within the hotel). We never went there and spent the days by the beach instead, which is only a few minutes walk away. The restaurant and bar area looks very nice, but in the 3 days we were there we didn't see one person in there. It was dead! The rooms were of a good size and the beds were comfy. The finish of the rooms wasn't great and definitely not what you'd see in a 4 star hotel, but everything worked just fine. There is a safe in the room but it is not secured to anything, which made it feel a little less safe! The bathroom was fine and had a decent shower. If you're looking for somewhere cheaper close to South Beach and you only plan on showering and sleeping there then I would recommend. However, if you want a 4 star hotel and plan on staying there all day to use the pool and bar/restaurant, I would probably avoid.

perfect location to walk to everywhere. pool & beach area are worth the price alone. poolside service & food was good. some rooms are updated and some are not. we had 2 rooms, one 2 bed updated room that was nice but the pipes made a noise every time the water was turned on. another king bed small suite that was not updated. I enjoyed this room as it had a walk in closet, kitchenette, separate sitting area & partial ocean view. the kitchenette could of had a microwave, would of made it better. overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!

I’ Don't get Get me wrong this is a really nice hotel but if you're coming to relax and it becomes a little crazy during my nine day stay I had three different rooms the first one was in the courtyard it was very loud especially when the club is going next-door the walls are paper thin so one of the mornings around 3 AM I was woken up by the sound of someone vomiting all night literally for about 2hrs so of course I requested for a new room the second room I was in there about two days and after a long day at the beach i've been sleep for about an hour and I get a knock on my door at about 11 PM telling me that they were having plumbing issues so again I had to pack up my room and move my third roomwas a nice room definitely not an upgrade due to the inconvenience But there were some cons it was in the corner of the hotel right over the club that's playing EDM music all night and then when they're done of course they're cleaning up so all you hear is glasses clinking until about 4 or 5 AM And when I finally checked out all I got was a $50 credit towards my $3000 stay

This hotel was very nice. However, there were no bright lights of any kind so at times, it was rather difficult to oversee things like makeup application, clothing imperfections, etc. Also, our room didnt have very many mirrors. The bathroom door slides open and closed but does not close all of the way. Everything else was sooo nice and beautiful! The location is perfect as it is close to every thing and easy to find for uber and lyft! The GSA Sofia was absolutely amazing!!! She was so helpful and accommodating!!!!

This hotel was beautiful, clean, a fun atmosphere, and in the perfect location. The restaurant was delicious. Staff was so helpful and always available. We had a suite and a regular room, and both were clean and well-stocked. The main pool and the glass-bottom rooftop pool were both amazing. I felt safe and in the middle of things, but I also got great rest. Can’t wait to visit Miami and The Gabriel again!

Beautiful sleek, elegant room in the Art Deco block, with a large balcony with sea view, separate little sitting area and bath in the bedroom. Lovely first impression to arrive there after a long flight, look at the sea and enjoy some of the bottle of champagne which had been left on ice as a welcome gift! The dishes on the breakfast buffet in Jaya were plentiful and would have been delicious but unfortunately stone cold which seemed a shame. We took a la carte after the first morning which was much better. Extremely loud music at dinner in Jaya meant we couldn’t have a conversation so had to move inside, which again was a shame, though by chance we had a good view of the live show which we hadn’t been expecting! You can walk for miles along a boardwalk just back from the beach.

This hotel is well located and affordably priced. We got amazing service from Marcela. There is a continental breakfast included and a little outdoor pool that my husband and 3yo son enjoyed. The poor area has many large iguanas living in it, which were interesting to see. There was a misunderstanding about room type. We booked through Jet Blue Vacations- the room we selected was ”Luxury Double-1 King Bed”... they should fix this as it's contradictory! We got downgraded from a city view to a wall view but we didn't spend much time in the hotel so it didn't matter. There was a questionable-looking bug in the first room we were assigned so Marcela moved us to the next. My biggest concern is that the hotel is rated 4-stars on several sights. It's definitely a solid 3-star: small, old, and pretty run down. We enjoyed it regardless.

After I canceled my reservation at 1 hotel, because a bad experience, I found out a gem in Miami Beach ! First time in Faena but for sure not the last, very warm welcome and smooth check in. I went downstairs to explore, and for a quick breakfast and our waitress, Diana, was extremely welcoming and accommodating; we had a beautiful table with pool views, and Diana gave us very good recommendations. Service was perfect, she is charming. Very nice staff with a good vibe, all around. We are DEFINITELY coming back !!! Thank you Faena team for a memorable stay !!!!

You can't beat the location - 12th and Collins, within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping, not to mention 1 block from the beach just around the corner. The staff was nice and friendly, and I was especially grateful for the stash of sunblock they had behind the desk (my stay was short so I was grateful to be able to borrow a bottle for the day). They also allow you to borrow beach towels. The hotel is no frills but clean with a very charming decor. In this COVID world there was some slight wear and tear, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. I personally didn't go to Miami to sit around my hotel all day :). There's only 17 rooms or so across two floors and there is no elevator, so be sure to ask for the ground floor if you have an issue with stairs. Also, probably due to staff shortages, there was no one on site at the Impala. If you needed anything, you had to go next door to the Flora where the main desk was (e.g., extra coffee for the machine in the morning, check-in/check-out). But, like I said... we're still in COVID, plus it's a bit off-season. Not sure if it's like that year-round. I enjoyed myself - would stay again. Special shoutout to John and Carlos for their smiles and hospitality :).

The hotel is very close to the sea, within walking distance to a commercial street and Spanish Street. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to see Little Havana, Little Haiti and Designer Street. We arrived early, and the lady at the front desk helped us store our luggage first, and we went out to play. In the past few days when I arrived at the hotel, I caught up with the extreme cold that has never happened in a century, so I didn't use the beautiful swimming pool on the top floor! Remember to ask the front desk about their free beach umbrellas and beach yoga on Saturday mornings! The gym needs to use another sister hotel, 20 knives a time. There are also problems in the hotel. After we checked in, we found that the TV was broken and couldn't be repaired at all. Thinking about it, we don't watch TV very much, so we didn't change the room (there is no room to change, the store is full!). The service attitude of the staff is very good and professional.

The location is superb, it is the most lively location in South Beach, surrounded by restaurants, the supermarket is next door, the beach is one block away, just a few minutes away. The public parking lot is opposite, I will go in at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and 19 knives will come out at 9 o'clock the next day. Not much breakfast but enough to eat. but! ! ! We booked a room with a sea view, and paid the fee in advance. Afterwards, the waiter arranged a sea view room with a front balcony facing the sea on the third floor. We spent only 1 night here but would definitely stay again if in the SoBe area. From the initial reception in the lobby, valet etc we felt we had arrived somewhere special. The location is excellent and in walking distance to Espanola Way and Lincoln Road and the complementary bicycles were a treat to ride on the across the street boardwalk. The hotel also offers complimentary beach chairs through a vendor on the beach (umbrellas are extra)! As this is a re- modeled art deco hotel, the rooms are small and we had no view but for the one night it was a pleasurable visit.

I feel the need to contribute an honest and transparent review. I booked my stay at Greenview - WEEKS PRIOR to falling upon the Tripadvisor reviews for this hotel. I read these overwhelming reviews days before checking in and they had me scared that I was walking myself into a nightmare stay. I decided to make my own mind and stay anyway - and I am glad I did. Upon arrival on a Tuesday morning (10am), the check in staff member was VERY nice and immediately took my bags to hold. March is a busy month in South Beach, so I didn't expect to have a room that early so I planned to do work in the lobby or a coffee shop. This hotel is located right off the Lincoln road mall so I actually decided to post at one of the nearby Starbucks locations. By the time my work was finished it was 2pm and I walked back to the hotel to check on the status of an early check in - and to my surprised my room was ready. I was on second level, #204 - the check in staff ensured I was in a room away from the nearby construction. I held my breath as I walked into my room - and to my great surprise, it was great. The floors are wood, the AC unit was working (blowing cold) and looked fairly new. I don't like cold, so I turned my unit off and didn't need to turn it on the entire stay. The room was like the picture of 2 full beds, same colors on the wall (green/teal). It is a little dim at night - but there was plenty of light and light fixtures to turn on. There was a nice flat screen tv with cable channels. The window was nice and large with a black out blind and sheer curtains. The black out blinds actually caused me to sleep so well the first night I woke up late! The bed is very comfortable, I had plenty of clean linens and pillows. The room was spacious, there was a separate small walk in closet with plenty of shelving, and hanger space as well as a personal safe. The room had a desk, chair and a small fridge. Bathroom was adequate with a spacious step in shower. I had plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as back stocked in the closet. The amenities were premium. Overall the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped. It did not smell - this was my greatest fear from these bad review - as I have an acute sense of smell. I did not have or see any bugs at any time during my stay. Actually, the cleaning staff were ALWAYS working. I woke very early on days to run and so I was in and out the room a lot and I witnessed the cleaning staff constantly cleaning & servicing neighboring rooms. Now was the room and hotel BRAND NEW AND PRISTINE?? There are scratches on the wood flooring, wall paint and furniture - but scratches isn't filth. The tiles in the bathroom aren't brand new - they look to be original to the old construction of the building...but again, cracks and not being new, doesn't mean it's filthy just older. I would not recommend this place, I repeat I would not recommend this place no matter the cheap prices, it’s a crappy and unkept the rooms are like bunk beds, bed bugs on the sheets , cockroaches all over, the batheroom is disgusting and unkept no matter how good it looks in the pictures, it’s all a decoy, do not book!!!!!!!!! , stop and dnt books this dump at any cause, they dnt give a crap about the situation we had with multiple private rooms with ****tty batheroom and bed bugs all over, I’m literally disguised they dnt have to refund our money we were forced to leave at 5am because of the situation and when we asked the front desk staff to go check he refused, no help at all, we were told the manager doesn’t come till 11am , but this point we didn’t want to even stay in this dumpster hotel, this isn’t a family place at all, it’s the very unpleasant I repeat it’s very unpleasant so pay your money and stay in comfort and relaxation , the shower was a whole other situation with that, people literally walk in and out whenever they feel I like, screw each other and leave and you can hear that through there thin walls, I regret booking this place for spring break, waste of money and time. For sure I’m reporting them cause I can’t believe a hotel like this does this kind of unhealthy business at this moment I’m just saying what I feel, so please dnt book this, take my word for it, 100 percent.

This hotel is walking distance from the beach, has very nice staff, good food in the restaurant, is beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and what I loved most about it is that it's nearly 100 years old and they've kept it in its original state. The flooring, furniture, etc. and it has an old Otis elevator that you have to manually open and close which I thought was so cool. It also comes with great perks like beach chair rental, bike rental, credit toward the restaurant, bottled water, and glasses of wine.

If you are looking for a location i the middle of Miami, this hostel is the best. 5 mins walking to the Beach and 5 mins walking to the malls and restaurants. The place is very much packed with solo travelers, the price is good. Hot water all the time, AC in the rooms, very clean bathroom and rooms. The Kitchen is pretty small for the huge number of the guests. but clean and practical. Cameras are everywhere. They have a seating indoors and outdoors. I would come again, but maybe book a double room, instead of sharing, because of the number of the guests. No privacy at all. But other than that its very practical - 20mins away from the airport. I would add one important thing - which is the Language Barrier. Mainly they speak Spanish, so keep that in mind, and come prepared. Summary, the hostel was very practical and i would come again .

We came to spent the Thanksgiving weekend at the hotel had a really nice time. The place looked clean and friendly. We were checked in by Dewayne and he checked with his manager Roberto and he allowed us to do an early check in. That was very nice and convenient for me and my family. Absolutely beautiful room, and even more amazing staff. The staff was very accommodating to any needs and were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next time we are in Miami!

The location is absolutely first class! The Lincoln Street, across the street, is bustling. Across the street from the beach! The level of luxury should never be compared to domestic hotels. For an extra charge of 22 knives, bring two cocktails or a beer in the courtyard or under the porch for romance. Standard American hotel breakfast Hotel parking 80 knives. Go to the 16-story large garage next to the parking for 24 hours and 20 knives.
