Save yourself and enjoy your trip by booking elsewhere Hotel is very very old musty annd outdated. Lobby is very shabby looking, Elevator is not working, had to take stairs to Second and third floor.  Room 206 was so cold we were freezing maintenance came and covered ac vent but it was still too cold. We put the sign up to make up beds and hopefully fresh towel only to learn that they don’t have light cleaning service daily. No water or coffee offered. Only perks is that this hotel is right on ocean drive opposite the beach. And you can sign out beach towels. The walls are so thin. This is not where you go to have a good night sleep.

Hotel elevator was not in service! Our room was on the 3rd floor so we had to walk up flights of stairs with our luggage's. The room I was in didn't provide cups in the washroom for basic use, brushing teeth etc. The sink was a small pedestal type so it was very tight spaced to even put stuff on. Location was great though, right at south beach on a one-way road, walkable distance to Collins Ave & Washington Ave to local stores and restaurants. Restaurants along Ocean Dr was expensive but you're here for the scenery!

The elevator was not working and I had multiple rooms that my parents that are old had to go up to the third floor my other room there were handicap because of their lungs and they were on the second floor with no elevators. That’s tough with your bags, maybe since the elevators were down they should’ve had workers carried up the bags for the people that couldn’t handle it. there was no phone call no nothing no Email saying that the elevators were down and they were down for the whole time and no timing on when they’re getting them back.

It was a stay that was needed at the last minute, so thankful for somewhere to stay. It was very cold, could not adjust the temperature, I got sick as well. The toilet had to be fixed, lighting was poor. We saw 3 roaches, one in the bathroom, and two in the bedroom. The staff was nice but the actual physical hotel, I will not stay again. I honestly feel like we are owed money back.
