女朋友早上醒來全身過敏，皮膚都抓破。一掀開床單，仔細一看，床尾居然有一粒老鼠屎。頓時頭皮發麻，感到極度噁心。打電話叫來酒店經理，現場看了也承認是一粒老鼠屎，在房間裏表示了歉意。我説我們一會就退房，現在也不為難你，希望酒店能對此事給個説法和解決方案。直到去退房，沒有任何人來找我説此事怎麼處理。直到我主動問前台，前台把那粒老鼠屎拿出來，又説不是老鼠屎。問我想怎麼處理？問我想怎麼搞？説下次來給我送點水果好不好！水果你們自己吃吧，酒店床上出現老鼠屎，噁心至極！
