Xingxiangyuan International Hotel

I was going to stay in this hotel for three days, so I opened the room for three days. After I went there, I opened the room. It turned out that the smell was too unpleasant and the room was not clean. So I checked out directly. When I checked out, the front desk did not say that I had to refund the order on the APP. I was deducted today because it was a pre-paid order. I contacted the hotel and said that I wanted to contact the customer service. After contacting the customer service, I said that I stayed at the hotel that day. 4 hours so I can only refund the room rate for 2 days. What I want to ask is how I stayed for 4 hours. Although the room rate was refunded for 3 days in the end, it would be too much for such a hotel to lie in order to make money.

The transportation is convenient and the parking space is a bit tight. The air-conditioning in the rooms is great, the dining is very convenient, and it is good value for money.

The hotel's price/performance ratio is not bad and highly recommended!

The location is very good, but the environment is very average

剛開的時候住過，印象還不錯。但是這次是給家裡長輩定的，在高德地圖上定了幾次用了優惠券酒店不給確認訂單要求取消，説要168才能定，我用了優惠券，第一次146讓我取消訂單，第二次152又讓我取消訂單。我就來攜程定的。服務態度不好，給人印象挺差的。

衞生：很乾凈 設施：遙控器不靈 服務：非常滿意
