房間很乾凈，離水滸寨不遠。早餐品種很多。下次來還會選擇定在這。就是辦理的時候每個房間讓交300按金

1、五星級酒店就給2瓶水還是今麥郎，漢庭有的還喝個農夫，夏天很熱不夠再要説撐死再給2瓶，我説五星水太low了 全季桔子都是3星也是農夫。説有怡寶我説我房間是今麥郎哇。説了半天給了三瓶怡寶330ml，成本有5元嗎
2、主要是不餓下午三點半吃的午飯懶得外賣，看有餐，點餐説我們是五星收15%手續費，那好吧，但是第一開始給我四捨五入，1.5元要入成2元，把我氣笑了，我説這個你可以給我抹掉零錢，你有法律支持要給我入多收嗎？後來我看我桌子上熗鍋麪8元，超級小但是不餓也ok。結果付款是按照熗鍋麪10元算，我打電話告訴我屋裡價位表是老的沒更新。搞笑呢你這好撐五星這水平？雖然沒多少錢但是這不算欺詐嗎
3、不過早餐還是可以的好的就説好的不好就是不好的。希望酒店加強管理，最起碼訂餐的價位要統一啊。還有五星要有五星標準

服務態度極其不好，保安喊人登記嗷嗷亂叫，像***一樣，向前台投訴保安，前台説自己新來的啥也不知道，值班經理也沒有，明顯敷衍住客，投訴無門的垃圾酒店

第一次入住，總體評價：很失望，設施是五星級的，可是衞生條件都不如連鎖酒店... ...
·毛巾是黑的；
· 馬桶蓋是臟的；
·淋浴間噴頭上面全是水垢污漬；
· 床上面，是污漬，不是藝術品！
·桌面應該是可以清潔的吧；

普通房沒有了，前台推薦的豪華樓層，房間還是挺不錯的，服務到位，乾淨衞生，視野開闊，主要是送了免費游泳票，游泳館人不多，非常棒，梁山絕對唯一，果斷辦張游泳卡，又送了一個泳鏡，哇塞。另外發現酒店後面有個湖，意外收穫晚上遛彎絕佳。

水泊梁山最好的酒店，大廳高大上，房間視野開闊，前台服務熱情，客房衞生很好，熱水很熱，空調很涼。
個人推薦—行政小酒吧不錯，縣城其他酒店賓館沒有的飲品一應俱全，講究！
工作人員很熱情，還送了我一張民俗園的門票（下次有機會，這次時間太趕，送朋友了），另外洗浴、游泳館都是免費門票，這點大氣。
