房間很新，打掃很乾凈，裝修風格活潑，空調非常給力，晚上開了20度還是非常暖和，前台工作人員非常有禮貌，因為考試過來入住的，所以也免費幫我打印了2次資料。早餐種類也挺豐盛的7點就開餐

這家酒店之前本人住過，因為整體體驗非常好，所以這次正好朋友有需求我就推薦了這家酒店，朋友直接讓我幫他預訂了。酒店的前台服務很好，讓人感覺到舒適又不過分，能做到“有呼必應”這是一個前台服務人員必要的職業道德，她們做的很好。房間很乾凈沒有異味，早餐也很豐富。總的來説這家酒店是在當地綜合性價比各方面都非常不錯的一家酒店，非常值得推薦。

房間新裝修的，這酒店也就這點不錯，服務意識差到極點，可以説根本沒服務意識。問前台借個開瓶器，回答沒有，保安大叔還給我上課，我們是酒店不是餐廳，無語。早餐9點出頭去的，很多品種沒了，最普通的雞蛋也沒有了，連麪也不供應了，理由是沒碗了，咖啡杯沒了，服務員也沒發現，還問客人你找啥?後來拿了破口的杯子給客人。令人不解的、最最無語的是，所有服務人員都振振有詞，人太多了來不及，大聲嚷嚷着沒碗了，麪不供應了，一點沒意識到自己的失誤。酒店新的裝潢總會一點點變舊，這種極差的服務意識不改變的話，過幾年，你們還有賣點嗎？（4日晚入住當天的兩個前台小姐不錯，贊一個。5日晚上的值班前台極其沒有服務意識，坐在那裡側臉對客人一輛不耐煩）。

①、房間四壁不均勻地分佈着n多衹小飛蟲
②、衞生間滿地的小黑蟲在上一波客人散落的秀髮間蠕動（驚悚）
③、從三樓換到二樓，蟲子的數量有所減少，但依然存在
④、衞生打掃得不乾淨，你大概可以依據判斷出上一位客人的性別及髮色等
⑤、前台進行了道歉並贈送三張早餐券
