I stayed here for two nights. Ms. Hongyu was very nice. Since we arrived late at night, she kept asking me about my situation. She even upgraded my room type for free the next day. She would try her best to meet all my requests. Hygiene: Generally speaking, hygiene is good. Details still need to be improved. Water stains and some odor in the toilet should be paid attention to. Service: The service is very good and the attitude is friendly. It is also pet-friendly. It is understandable that a pet fee of 100 yuan per night will be charged. Facilities: The setting is very new. The toilet is smart. The most noteworthy thing is that there is a microwave, coffee machine and a few tableware. It really feels like going home. The sliding door of the toilet in the house I live in is a bit difficult to push. It should be repaired in time. Overall it's pretty good. The Hilton, which costs more than 300 yuan, is very cost-effective. Parking is free. There's a supermarket next to it where you can buy some daily necessities. 😤😤! ! Once again, I must say don’t go to the Scallop King next door to eat seafood! The seafood is dead, stale and expensive! ! !

How do you describe this hotel? The name is Hilton, but it is quite different from the ones I have stayed in before. It feels like an apartment, and the decoration style is a bit simple. I wonder if it is another brand under Hilton? When I asked about the room booked by Ctrip, there were welcome fruits and room type upgrades on display, which seemed to be redeemed by points. We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm when we were traveling. We didn’t see any fruits after entering the door, and only one of the four rooms was upgraded. After a while, I finally called the front desk and the fruit was sent back at nearly 1 o'clock in the night! Somewhat unsatisfactory! Breakfast was okay, quite rich.

房間很乾凈，配套很齊全，微波爐冰箱水池啥都有，前台的小琪和小王服務很好，幫我們升級了套房，套房很大，裏面有兩個衞生間，很不錯，還有廚具，走的時候酒店工作人員也送了我們小禮物，幫我們提行李，下次來出差首選這家酒店

房間非常好，前台服務很專業，還給送了酸奶，早餐豐富營養，還有榆錢窩窩頭，懷念小時候的感覺，太棒了，餐廳經理張樹艷熱情介紹當地特色，值得表揚，下次還會選擇這家酒店！推薦一下！

房間乾淨整潔，設施和配備齊全。服務態度很好，周圍環境安靜，旅行途中能得到很好的休息，早餐乾淨又豐富，下次去別的城市旅遊可以考慮希爾頓酒店。

這次回程路過聊城，選擇了東昌希爾頓惠靈酒店，進入酒店大廳感覺很温馨，前台業務迅速又專業。房間佈置合理温馨，一家四口都覺得很舒適，性價比很高。退房後啟程後酒店前台秀青小姐姐打電話告知孩子手鍊落在床上，熱情地幫忙郵回家裡，真心感謝秀青和小楊，還有酒店工作人員，有機會還會再來！
