Koncept Hotel Neue Horizonte

The only thing I can complain about is that the room was freezing cold when I arrived. All the heaters were off...I find this very unpleasant given the current outside temperatures.

Apart from the initial access to the hotel, this hotel is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the access code for the first time didn't work (other hotel residents also felt the same way that day). After other hotel residents granted us access, the registration process at the machine became a lengthy undertaking. After that everything worked perfectly and the stay was very relaxing and pleasant.

Monday-Friday for 5 weeks at the Koncept Hotel Neue Horizonte. There are beautiful, spacious rooms that are very well equipped (large 140cm wide bed, refrigerator with freezer compar**ent, 2-plate induction cooker, dishwasher and microwave with grill function). You can get dishes and cooking pots in the basement where there is also a “kiosk”. A drinks fridge with regional drinks as well as a washing machine and dryer (chargeable €4/€3 but including detergent) are also available there. A bus stop is 300 m away. From there you can get to the Neckar Bridge in 10 minutes and to the main train station (bus line 3) in 11 minutes. The entire hotel is sustainable and digitally oriented. There is no reception, registration is done at the machine or in advance online including a digital key using a separate app. The only drawback is the somewhat weak WiFi, which always has interruptions.

The room we had was quite okay! Clean and tidy, functionally equipped - but nothing more!!! Once you're in there! The check-in at the machine was catastrophic - it took us almost 75 minutes in total until the machine spat out the KeyCard in the slot on the side. The scanner function for the person could not be figured out and the operator of this house should actually advise "non-digital-native-persons" not to use it. So what ...
