Surreal place in a private estate surrounded by bamboo. Nice amenities including a coffee machine. We stayed for two nice in a beautiful unit with a living room and terrace. Breakfast was made to order. Did not want to leave. Highly recommend this secret hideaway.

總體評價服務堪比五星級酒店甚至更好。住過很多五星級酒店都不如這家。
來之前會跟你聯繫需要什麼幫助，這一點的確是五星級酒店的標配（當然國內很多酒店並沒有這樣的服務）。導航到了柳溪小院開車進去有竹林，店員會在門口迎接，主動接行李。
酒店設施方面，跟對面房間共同一個院子。bose藍牙音響價值2500+，音質非常好。女同胞最愛的化粧鏡，男士最愛的智能馬桶（靠近就翻蓋）。認床睡的人，雖然床不是軟的床墊，但是巨好睡。兩個晚上都睡的很深，第二天出去玩無壓力。隔音很好。
酒店距離麗江古城和白沙古鎮，雪山都是差不多20-30分鐘車程。
酒店的早餐是點餐式，雖然才2頁菜單，小而美，中式和西式都有。米線非常好吃。
酒店竟然還有夜床禮物，兩個晚上都有（一個是泡水的海棠花，一個是風鈴）。另外還有每天晚上20-22:00，有熱牛奶是標配，還有黑芝麻和其他進行輪換。
第二天去了麗江古鎮逛了一圈沒有好吃的（昆明來的），來酒店點餐，三葷一素一炒飯（還送了一碗白米飯給寶寶），才210。因為早飯好吃覺得廚師不錯，才想着在酒店點餐，非常好吃，全部幹完。
服務五星，價格平民。值得大家來麗江住。

不要來！不要被騙！這是我十天雲南之行最差的酒店！晚上十點多到的酒店，首先主卧的燈不好用，前台美女用雨傘一頓捅也沒弄好，為了不擾民我就讓她停下了，之後一直就沒開燈。
其次電動馬桶一直自己伸出探頭沖水，一宿無數次沖；然後床頭的感應燈，也總是自己亮，一宿無數次非常嚇人！如果沒有朋友一起，我肯定連夜退房了！
最後，這根本就是個偽豪華酒店，衞浴都聲稱幾萬塊的，結果弄個幾十塊的吹風機糊弄住客。我用家裡吹風機五六分鐘吹好的頭髮，在這裏用了半小時都沒吹乾，無奈太晚怕打擾其他住客我濕着頭髮睡的覺，第二天起來頭皮起了好多紅色濕疹。
真的很失望！

好美好美 服務很棒 房間非常好 又大又舒服 在上海住了這麼多五星酒店 這個肯定算五星啦 超值！才五百多一晚 真的難以置信 我覺得值至少一千 下次如果來麗江還會住！！

有點驚喜的酒店，性價比超高，可惜衹住一天感覺沒住夠，哈哈！
服務特別好：前台是一羣妹子，看得出培訓做的很到位，有求必應，反應迅速。辦入住的時候，車子開到大門口，妹子居然就遠遠跑出來接行李了，太體貼了！必須贊一下。
硬件非常好。雙洗漱台，衞浴全部大牌，床舒適，帶娃的完全可以把床拼在一起睡。住了十多天各種民宿的我，住回酒店，真心覺得渾身都舒服了...哈哈。我的房型還自帶一個大花園，娃可以活動，可以在花園吃外賣，特別棒！
整個酒店本身就在別墅區裏面，特別安靜，叫滴滴也都是可以開進來的，很方便！早餐也好吃，包括水果也很新鮮！
總之，很寶藏！推薦大家去住！

性價比很高的酒店，智能馬桶，博士音響，電動窗簾，在浴室泡澡可以看到院子裏的竹子，因為衹有十幾個房間，服務也比較貼心，要稱讚的是餐廳，雖然種類不是很多，但每樣菜味道都很好吃，價格也便宜。每天晚上送不同宵夜，會提前告知。小孩每天都去找前台小姐姐聊天。晚飯後可以去旁邊鉑爾曼院子散步，環境很好。

酒店是租的幾幢別墅做的精品小型度假酒店。風格、裝修、床品、設施都無可挑剔。衞生間全鋪大理石，房間實木地板，床超級大，床品床墊都很舒服。浴缸、智能馬桶都是TOTO的，還有Bose音響，可以泡澡🛀時放音樂，香皂居然用的愛馬仕。早餐品種不算多但味道很棒，服務員態度很好，酒店有擺渡區可以送到馬路邊方便打車。有一個院子可以喝喝茶，非常安靜。就在束河古鎮旁邊，離白沙壁畫景區也比較近。打車去大研古鎮約十多塊錢
