Lijiang M hotel

This is my first time posting a note from Ctrip, so please don't criticize me if it's not well written! This time I came to Lijiang and chose M Hotel. At first, I thought it might be just an ordinary hotel and didn't expect such good service! CI: I originally booked a package with an ordinary room type, but the lady said that because the room hadn't been cleaned yet, she helped me upgrade to an executive-level king-size bed room for free! Breakfast: Maybe there are more teams received recently and more guests dining in the morning. I originally thought that the products would not be very good with so many people, but I didn't expect it to be really delicious! Service: The service is really nothing to say! There is a little story during the period. On the first night, I wanted to ask for ice cubes at the front desk, but I didn't see that they were delivered (plus I was so tired that I fell asleep at night, so I thought I would ask for it tomorrow. Unexpectedly, the manager on duty called the next day and apologized that the ice machine had some problems that night, and gave me snacks as compensation (this is the first time I have encountered such a situation!) Summary: If you come to vacation, I think their home is really good! The geographical location is a little far from popular attractions (eg. Lijiang Ancient Town, etc.) (but it's actually okay if I drive by myself). The service is considerate and thoughtful, and the infrastructure is complete!

This hotel is not far from Shuhe, on the way to the snow mountain. The room was upgraded proactively, and the breakfast price was also reasonable and complete. The facilities were professional. We originally booked an ordinary double room, but because there was construction on that building and it was noisy during the day, Xiao Min at the front desk helped us upgrade to a business double room. I was very satisfied. The little girl named Xiaoting received us very warmly and reminded us about the time for breakfast and how to go to have breakfast. The employees will also take the initiative to say hello to you when they meet you, which is very polite. In the evening, I went to Qingxi Reservoir Park recommended by Xiaoting. The night view was beautiful, and there was also a local dance club. Although the scale was not very large, it was quite lively and I was very satisfied. 10 points of praise!

This time my father caught a cold in the snowy mountains, so he even sent a thermometer and ginger candies to the room. It was so heart-warming! Kennis brings fruit and snack trays to the room every day. Before leaving, he prepared a gift bag of snacks, coffee and small cakes. What a surprise.
