Hoteliers at Kasion were the friendliest and most helpful. 小邱 and another guy with curly hair went above and beyond to ensure my family had a comfortable stay with them, even helping us with our airline & medical enquires. They were so sincere to even remember each of our room numbers. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel is near 10 mins walk to Old town with many eateries along the way. Room is spacious and clean and in very good condition. Staffs are very helpful in answering all questions. Room is voice control. Will definitely book the same hotel if I return to LiJiang.

Went to Lijiang with my elderly parents. Selected this hotel based on its location, which is outside of the ancient city, but near enough to walk to. There is no need to lug suitcases on cobblestone road and there is a lift to every floor so it was elder-friendly. It is also not far from Heilongtan. We stayed here for 3 nights. Got complimentary room upgrade. Staff are friendly and helpful, all the way from from the main reception, to housekeepers, to cafe, to breakfast crew. When tired from walking around town, mahjong was also available. Cannot remember everyone by name, but would like to thank the whole team, 小娟，安娜 for a wonderful stay.

Stayed 3 night here while we were in Lijiang. Location was okay, about 10 minutes walk from the old town. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was just average. Nice touch from the hotel reception staff to provide some farewell goodies after we have checked out.

Hotel very clean, big and spacious. Breakfast very good spread. Location very near to Lijiang gucheng. Nearby have many restaurants. Hotel staff 小木 and 安娜are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located north of lijiang ancient city that takes about 5-7mins walk to the most happening area of the ancient city. We booked a room for 3 nights and I really enjoyed the stay, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and my wife loves the shower water pressure. Hotel reception is 24/7, furthermore the staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide decent local food, and the restaurant is beautiful. Besides, they have wonderful facilities such as indoor & outdoor sitting areas, study areas, laundry room(free of charge if DIY), mahjong room, tea room etc. We will come back again when we visit lijiang next time.
