The location is good, close to the ancient town, only ten minutes walk away. The design of the hotel is antique, and it can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into it. The breakfast is delicious, and the butter tea is especially delicious. There was something wrong with the design of the bathroom. The drain was in the center and was not plugged in, causing my family members to injure their toes. The water temperature was also unstable, making bathing uncomfortable.

A quite new hotel with a good location within the urban area and a good environment. There are gardens, bridges and flowing water. The rooms are large and the price is very cost-effective.

I stayed here for four consecutive nights on a family trip and it was the most satisfying hotel for this trip. Environment: The hotel has a beautiful, comfortable and quiet environment, with a garden and free parking. Facilities: The guest rooms are fully equipped and the large bed is moderately soft and hard. The only thing is that the pillows are not comfortable enough. It is recommended to change the pillows. Service: The water pressure in the shower room in the guest room was insufficient when we checked in on the first night. After reporting it to the front desk the next day, we were immediately given a family room. There are also other guests' needs such as slippers, toiletries and cleaning, which the hotel can handle and respond to in a timely manner. Like 👍 Welcome fruit: The welcome fruit has grapes🍇nice! But it is only available on the first day. If you continue to stay for so many days, it will not be provided. You need to strengthen it. Breakfast: For guests with children, the hotel's no extra charge for breakfast is very popular. This is one of the reasons why I stayed for four consecutive nights. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to meet the needs of general business trips. As a four-star hotel, it is recommended to replace the current packaged ingredients for breakfast cakes with better pre-made packaged ingredients or fresh pastries. I hope that when I stay again during the Spring Festival next year, I can enjoy the hotel's home-away-from-home service.

The only flaw was that the shower sewer was clogged. The service staff came twice to help us solve it. It took an hour and a half, which delayed our trip to Lijiang Old Town in the evening. I booked this hotel because it has a laundry room (the washing machine and dryer for self-service laundry are very new) (compared to some hotels) and it is not far from the ancient city (there is also a farmer's market nearby where you can buy some fruits and specialties) ) (There are also museums and parks nearby for walking) The room facilities are also relatively new and clean. There is a garden with a canopy and a certain artistic design. It is very comfortable. But the most surprising thing was that it was raining heavily on the day I arrived at the hotel. A friendly and enthusiastic uncle in a neat suit took the initiative to help carry an umbrella, carry luggage, and upgraded the room. He also introduced the use of hotel facilities in detail, which was very heartwarming (I later learned that this uncle He is the owner of the hotel) and he was so warm and friendly every time we met during our stay. The entire stay was very comfortable and worthy of review and recommendation!

The hotel is very average. During the National Day, the price goes up to over 600. The air conditioner in the room does not cool down. It is very noisy outside when the window is opened. There is no afternoon tea or fruit at all.

The last hotel I stayed at during my trip to Yunnan was the one with the least enthusiastic service along the way. On the night of check-in, there were only 4 hand-drawn papers. I called the front desk to ask for them to be delivered, but they never came. At twelve o'clock in the middle of the night, just as I was falling asleep, the front desk called me to deliver paper. . . They really consider their customers. . When I came back on the second day after checking in, I found that the bed had not been made, the toilet paper had not been replaced, and it has not been replenished yet. Asked the front desk and was told that if you extend your stay, you will only throw out trash. This is the first time for so many hotels to see such a range of extended stay services. The hotel environment is not bad, the layout is beautiful, and the breakfast is rich, varied and delicious.

The air conditioning has poor heating effect, the location is awkward, and taking a taxi to the ancient city is a bit of a hassle. It feels like there are very few people staying, and the breakfast provided is not self-service, only a set meal. I don’t know if it will be better during the peak season.
