Our stay here was okay, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and it's located in a great location. However, the hotel could use a good Deep cleaning and it feels like it was a very nice place at one time but could now use some updates.

The bulk of the stay was great! The evening front desk person was super kind, overnight and morning not so friendly. I love the hotel, the only two issues I had was the CASH pet deposit that I was not warned about, cash makes no sense, and the super tiny bathroom, though the shower was amazing!

The employees were very nice! The first room was so gross. The carpet was disgusting and stained so badly, no curtains, the tv didn’t work and smelled of ****. They moved us to another room, which was a little better but I felt like I was staying in an ashtray. It smelled so bad. The walls were dirty and again the tv didn’t work. This place could use a big overhaul. The hotel next door was so much cleaner and nicer for the SAME price.

Staff is nice. Rooms have great space just a bit run down our bathroom vanity light did not work. Pillows are terrible. Rooms have musky smell. Asked for extra pillow stayed a week and still no pillow. Hallway stinks of smoke and ****. Elevator is unappealing and unkept. Breakfast was decent. No ice machine on our floor. Would be better if better kept. Decent if just sleeping there.

The help of the person who attended us and helping us change rooms since the air conditioning did not work, in addition, the smell of week was always present, otherwise, a good place and attention.

The hallway on the 4th floor smells like mildew. The police was in the lobby looking for someone. People were working on their vehicles in the parking lot. It was a whole lot going on, will not stay here again!
