The hotel was lovely and the staff were so polite cheery and helpful. The apartments were very spacious and very clean. The choice of food in the restaurants was fantastic and the choice of restaurants was even better than we expected. Cannot fault anything about this place.

The staff at the bars and restaurants were lovely, the staff at the main desk were quite blunt but not as far as rude. The rooms were nice however beds were uncomfortable and our room in particular was blessed with loud music until early hours of the morning and traffic noise non stop.

The hotel is extremely old and in need of renovation. The cleaning of the room and the toilets in the hotel complex is poor. The meal was okay. But we definitely won't be coming back.

The only point of criticism is the drinks. Very sweet, not an original Coca Cola or similar. The same all-inclusive cocktail has a different taste depending on the day.
The buffets, however, are excellent. Although there is little real Greek cuisine, it is still very tasty and has a large selection.
The rooms and the entire facility are in great condition and clean.
