We have been on many all inclusive holidays in Spain & also Greece but this is the best value for money 4 Star resort we have stayed at.we arrived on our first night just before mid night and reception couldn't have been nicer or more helpful,we wanted a late glass of wine and receptionist rang through to keep the bar open so we could get our wine on the way to room, there was 2 plates of food and bread in our fridge for us to have when we arrived. Overall the whole resort is very clean , a few areas could do with a lick of paint but its clean, food is excellent with lots of variety,book the 2 a la carte restaurants as soon as you can as the get booked up quickly. The entertainment team Nico & Pedy are really nice and work really hard without been pushy. We both had a massage at the Spa and this is well worth a visit, the Asian corner option 3 nights a week in the main restaurant is very good. I had 2 tennis lessons with Gabriella which are available Tuesday & Thursday mornings and ended up been one to one as nobody else turned up, 15 Euros for a lesson is fantastic value and she is very good at coaching. Resort is right next to loads of good shops and restaurants so lots to do close by. Would definitely return to this resort as all the staff and management couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Heading home tomorrow night after 9 nights , wish we had booked for 2 weeks as we had a wonderful relaxing holiday.

The hotel is beautiful, designed like a little Cretan village, very unique. Two large pools (one with salt water), a kiddie pool, loads of sunbeds and direct access to the beach. Everything is really clean, people are so friendly and helpful, it’s been a blast! You get a bottle of water to your room every day and of course you can always go to the bar and get more beverages. Beach towels are available for free and can be exchanged as needed during the day. The food is delicious, always refilled with plenty of options, lots of vegetarian choices available. I had a massage twice at aego spas (on site) with Maria and I definitely recommend getting a massage, it was very relaxing and the spa is beautiful. There are three bars and afternoon snacks at the bar by the pool. Despite running after my kids all day, I’ll have gained a few pounds by the time I leave…

We had an amazing experience in Silva beach hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone spoke english so there were no communication problems. Hotel is located at the heart of city, so a lot of souvenir shops, car rentals and food markets just outside the hotel. Also hotel has a private beach, but its rocky. For sandy beaches you have to drive a bit. Would reccomend this place for couples without kids. What's more, guests are mostly elder tourists, so for those who are thinking about partying wouldn't recommend. But you can walk like 15 minutes by foot to more crowded, party like area.

Spa was super relaxing and massage was also great, staff are brilliant. 40 minutes went by so fast. Prices are great value too. I would come again and id also reccomend to other people. Maria done my treatment today, very good for trying massage for first time.

nikos did a great job!! feeling much better, back and neck is feeling far more limber, everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome, overall great service and would recommend for anyone who is hesitant on getting their first massage :)

our first seaview room appeared abit shabby,doors to a very tiny balcony had not seen paint for some time even though it was start of the season.then could hear noise from scorpio disco at night(when we asked for a quiet room).asked for another room which was quickly sorted by eleni at reception who was a lovely woman,very calm and helpful.2nd room was better,on hindsight would not bother with a sea view room but thats our opinion.safes in both rooms in crazy positions,1st so high up,2nd at floor level,making them difficult to use.a couple we spoke to staying in the annex were very disappointed with the standard of their room so pleased we paid a little extra.we settled down and started to enjoy what the hotel offered which was a wide range of first class food and help yourself beer,wine ect in the restaurant.hotel states no shorts or tee shirts at dinner but not adhered to which was a shame.all staff seemed eager to please.the pool was very large but coldish at this time of year.weather was great.had some evening entertainment which we enjoyed.shops and bars right outside the hotel. ok hotel abit dated but kept spotlessly clean and would return as had a very enjoyable stay here.

Just back from a week at the Silva Beach and can honestly say I had a great time. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and efficient, some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered and Pety and Nikos, the entertainment staff were lovely. There are steps and some slightly uneven pathways/slopes around the whole hotel so I would not recommend it to anyone with serious walking difficulties. A cat friendly hotel. The room was great, clean, plenty of room, a fridge with water included. Bathroom clean and a fair size. The room had a window and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. If I was being picky, I would say it needed a smaller table as it was a bit of a squeeze. 2 lovely swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Some of the small tables next to the sunbeds had seen better days but it didnt affect the holiday! The sea is very rocky near the hotel, there is a small, dark sand beach which is shared with another hotel. There are other beaches, just ask someone to point you in the right direction. Food lovely, especially the desserts! Only one slight negative that the toilets by the main restaurant needed new doors on the cubicles, they had just seen better days. Overall a really lovely hotel and holiday, I would certainly recommend it and would love to go back again.

It's a wonderful vacation inside Siva. Everything was perfect. The evening performances from the animation team were wonderful. Also, the volleyball. Everything was perfect. And also the area for For games such as billiards and table tennis it's amazing
