Rent a room for 5 people was not enough beds for everyone of us discription of room says room sleep 6 so not true!!!

Customer service was good. Check in was fast. Room was mediocre. Missing a light fixture and had a faint smell of amonia. Probably because we got a pet friendly room, but I've stayed at other pet friendly hotels that dont have a smell to them. One suggestion would be to get rid of the carpet and use hardwood floors. Pool was nice though.

Staff were pretty short/rude in interactions. Amenities such as the sauna and hot tub were not working. Doors to rooms slammed shut and you could hear everything someone was saying from outside the room. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety. When I left something in the room after checkout, staff were unwilling to check or call me back stating that they found the item.

I canceled my reservation at another hotel because their website said the hot tub was out of service only to find upon arriving that the hot tub jets were not working so it was essentially a bath. Super bummer. The fireplace was on a timer so it was only on for 30 mins at a time when i wanted to have it on while we slept.
Breakfast was not good. We got in there at 930 and the gravy and eggs were gone. Had to stand around and wait. Not much of a selection at all.
Staff was very friendly.
I did notice a lot of hair under the sheet of the bed embedded into the mattress cover. Ew. I probably will not be back and this was our second time. Just not a great experience.

Hotel was clean and looked nice but it seems like all the amenities were broken. The hot tub wasn't working, the sauna was closed, the treadmill in the fitness center was broken. Internet was unusable, the TVs are something straight out of the early 2000s with the resolution of 1080i. I don't understand how a hotel can charge so much money yet refuse to upgrade they're amenities to match what everyone else has been using for the last 20 years. That and the fact that almost everything seemed to be broken. I can go to a motel 6 and get better internet and more reliable services than I could at this place for far less money.

Property is ok. It is maintained well but needs some updating. Reminds me of a nice mid-90’s hotel. Staff was fantastic though.
