We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, nice and family friendly this hotel was. The food was amazing and there are tons of activities for kiddos. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay here a memorable one - big shout out to Amber Z! She made our stay so much easier and nicer!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately the outdoor pool and the hot springs were not open for swimming due to pandemic restrictions, which was a massive let down.
The hotel's breakfast and the restaurant's food is very good and I would highly recommend it. The hotel also caters for families with kids~

Location is quiet, not that close to the beach but accessible by car. Swimming pool is large and the gym is good. I recommend the sauna.

性價比超高的酒店 從萬寧過來住兩晚 還給升級了豪華雙床房 我提前備註需要拼接雙床和安裝床圍欄也都給安排好了 主要是想帶娃去分界洲島和歸心居喂陸龜的 想着不泡酒店 沒有海灘也無所謂 沒想到熱帶雨林的東南亞風格也很美哦 酒店的親子活動安排的也很豐富 很適合低齡寶寶 五月正好也是淡季 我們第三天退房前由於爸爸要在房裡辦公 我們就去小童俱樂部做了手工 塗鴉了帽子和串珠手鍊 寶寶很開心 工作人員也很和藹可親 門口還有個挖沙池 寶寶看到沙子就無法抗拒了 第一晚寶寶去泳池玩了 因為不是週末 幾乎包場玩 第二晚寶寶去温泉泡了一下 開了八個池子 最高的是41度多 對小朋友來説比較友好 對於成人可能會覺得温度不夠高 早餐也挺豐盛的 羊雜湯和煎餃很好吃 小朋友的洗漱用品也很用心 入住退房時前台都給了熱乎乎的核桃曲奇餅乾 連不愛吃餅乾的爸爸也説好吃 前台人員加了微信 有問題都及時回覆 退房還送了小朋友一個小蜜蜂雙肩包 很可愛 emm～總的來説是一次很不錯的入住體驗

很少點評，這家必須值得提一嘴。服務響應非常迅速，有好吃的曲奇！床品舒服，裝修水準高於傳統doubletree，如果有機會還會再來！就是乳膠枕頭很硬，如果有機會建議換一下供應商。整體瑕不掩瑜。

酒店設施很全，小童樂園，泳池，温泉應有盡有，好幾個餐廳。充電站快充和慢充、超級充電都有，很不錯。
酒店的服務人員都很友好，給人賓至如歸的感覺，特意升了房型到景色很好的房間，剛到酒店定了餅乾，路上遇到工作人員都會微笑打招呼，很有禮貌。
衞生打掃的很乾凈，很不錯！
