儘管獨自處於浩坤湖盡頭，但是優勢在於地盤很大，很清凈。老闆很熱情。作為一家民宿，不能有更多要求了。唯一可惜的是熱水器是電熱水器洗澡不夠盡興。釣魚漿板騎行都沒問題。老闆甚至能借條船送你到對岸的步道。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，大廳簡潔大氣，前台茶非常不錯，前台效率高，周到，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，水温好，網速快，辦公方便，停車方便，民宿出門就是浩坤湖，強力推薦
