The late check-in was quite slow and the last thing needed, but we finally got checked in. The room wasn't the quietest and the window wouldn't close, so the first night's sleep wasn't the best. However, the next day, the receptionist very kindly moved us into a cleaner and quieter room which was more comfortable and what I had booked. The location is superb if you need to drive/get a taxi anywhere in the city with the added bonus of a Vanguard just across the road. If you don't speak Chinese, then you will probably struggle when communicating, but the staff are generally accommodating and there is a free car park beside the hotel.

I took my family out for a trip, the hotel is very clean, the family room is quite big, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy at night. There is a free breakfast in the morning, and the bowl of Starway noodles tastes pretty good

The family room suite was spacious and the hotel breakfast was excellent. The service at the front desk is very friendly. The booked room only includes one breakfast. When the front desk learned that our family of three was staying, they gave us two.

The size of this superior double room is small, and it is a bit crowded for a family of three. The bathroom is especially small, not as good as the other double bed A. The breakfast is a rich match with the room rate, Chinese and Western styles and freshly cooked noodles. The overall cost performance is quite high.
