首先，民宿並不像圖片那樣有明確的標識，根本連個牌子都沒有，找都找不到；其次，屋裡實在太臟了，可見圖片，衞生間特別小，馬桶和淋浴幾乎挨着；床很硬，沒有彈性厚床墊，就是兩層薄墊子；最最最差的事，隔音實在太差了，十二點多窗外車輛還在鳴笛，樓下吵架都能聽見，基本整夜不能入睡。
如果不想像我一樣半夜搬到下一家旅店，千萬不要考慮這家！

民宿地理位置佳，臨海火車站出站一輛公交車就能到，去台州府城很近才3公里，公交車或打車很方便，要去神仙居或天台山先要到達的仙居客運中心或天台客運中心大巴始發站的臨海花北站步行800米就能到。民宿旁邊有很多餐館超市，銀泰百貨步行不到10分鐘就能到，用餐出行很便利。

地理位置很好，臨近花北站，可以在這裏做客車去天台和仙居。屋內設施温馨，乾淨。老闆娘也超級好，有什麼問題都耐心告訴。

房間非常大，也很乾凈，位置好方便，出門就是公交站，打車到景區衹要七八塊的樣子，樓下是一條非常熱鬧的小吃街，實現夜宵自由，房間裏的小沙發和床單真的好温暖，像自己家一樣，一次超開心的出遊
