📍location: Situated in an excellent location, extremely close to many places of interests, such as the old town and the escalator (a place where many people take photo, sorry for not knowing the exact name)
💁service: 100% self service, from check in to check out. One problem is that the locker at every floor in the fire stairs, requires a 2 euro coins to unlock it. Without knowing that it only accepts 2 euro coins, we tried to put TWO 1 euro coin, and the machine fails and it ate our money without giving back😭

Clean and easy place in the middle of Lisboa, all digital so you really have to wait unttl 14.00 to check in, decent stay in a good location…

Fantastic apartment. I was on a solo trip but this would be perfect for friends, family couples or business. Fully serviced with a fridge, oven, kitchen ware etc. great shower pressure. Comfortable bed/pillows. Had a small issue checking in as it’s an electronic checking, but there’s a phone available and they sent someone over straight away to help. Great service. The only criticism which is such a minor detail, was that I could smell the food being cooked in the apartment next door. Otherwise can’t fault the place! Aparantly they have 18 locations in Portugal or Lisbon, so I will defo be using the apartments again!!

Slept wonderfully in the middle of the entertainment area. We were not bothered by noise. Room is super neat, lovely bed. And room is equipped with everything, cooking, baking everything

The machine check-in system was the worst. I had already paid for my accommodation, but the machine said I had to pay again, so I contacted the apartment, but it took almost an hour just to change the payment amount. If it doesn't work, I should come and figure out how to resolve it. They kept telling me to just wait on the phone and hung up several times without any information, and I sat there asking if I had paid in advance or if I had seen the money go out of my bank account. I don't think I will ever use an apartment in Lisbon again.

I booked a room to go alone to see Lisbon on an express trip. Double bed, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. The facilities were very good, although the cleanliness was mediocre, the bathroom was full of long hair and the toilet itself was not completely clean...
Furthermore, during the reservation they charged me 3 times the tourist tax (€6x3=€18) given that up to 3 people could fit into the room, despite traveling alone, which is a shame... The experience is quite burdensome. .. I don't mind paying more if what I want is to have a bigger room, but having to pay 3 times the tourist tax that they are going to keep, and which was also not indicated in the app, increasing the cost... It's a shame... I'm not going to repeat it...
