Fenicius Charme Hotel

Very advisable hotel, daily cleaning of the room, quite complete breakfast (fruit, cold cuts, pastries...). I would return without hesitation. Excellent quality-price ratio

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is so small that no one can get through it after opening the suitcase. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was almost non-existent and I almost used up the data on the data card I bought within 3 days. Because the two of us had different entry and exit times, I asked them to give me a second room card. Why didn't they give it to me? They said they didn't have this rule. I kept asking again and again and finally gave it after asking three times. He also said that if you lose it, you will be fined 5 euros! It's understandable that there is no toothbrush in the room. It's environmentally friendly, but when I asked for it at the front desk, I was told there wasn't one. I have to run out to buy a toothbrush by myself at 11 o'clock in the evening! The area where the hotel is located is not good either. Later I met my friends from Lisbon and they said that they would never come here if they had nothing to do. The shops next to it were all Indian shops. Also, Ctrip’s official first photo is not of their hotel. I was also attracted by this photo at first. Anyway, this hotel is a mess. I'm really sorry for the price of 1,200. I don't know where those good reviews come from! I don't usually write reviews. This time it’s really a bit outrageous

The people at reception are very helpful, friendly, professional and attentive The location is very interesting near the E28 metro. The rooms are very small and the bedding is disastrous, very old though. You have sun problems or back problems this is not the right place for you The rooms are cleaned every day, except that you find yourself with half empty bottles of champions and gel collected from the other rooms we had breakfast I give 6/10 because not too diversified, they put a fruit see 2, tomatoes one day out of 3, industrial scrambled eggs, too many pais and a cake, given the price of the breakfast they would have made an effort, especially the tables are not made automatically, we waited twice for the lady more than 15 minutes before clearing the table, the best thing is their nesspresso coffee machine we enjoyed it a little noisy because the windows are not insulated

This hotel is very good, and the service at the front desk is good (all questions answered). Parking in the Gucheng area is a bit difficult, but the hotel can help solve it. The guest rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable.
