Take care about the payment. Its not possible to take deposit back, its not possible change the reservation to a future date two months later. It is not possible to call the insurance that the hotel claims to offer. I have a broken leg for which the insurance requires a significant number of certificates that one cannot produce in time. It is simply not an option.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Room (Ida Suite) was very quiet with comfortable high-quality bed. Room and bathroom had a modern design and they were always clean. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar was also available in the afternoon & evening. Hotel has ski-in/ski-out access with ski slopes right next to it. There is a ski storage room with ski boots drying system available. The center of town is about 1-2 minutes' walk from hotel reception.

This hotel is really one of the hidden gems of Livigno. Our room had such a great view of the slopes and the breakfast buffet was excellent the rooms were equipped with everything that one needs and even more. Clean, neat and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone and visit again.

Een gezellig hotel kort bij de skipistes en de mooie winkelstraten. Je kan er enkel ontbijten maar dat is geen probleem omdat er voldoende goede restaurants in de buurt zijn. Vraag aan de receptie en ze zullen met plezier een tafeltje voor je boeken. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en de bediening verdient zeker 5 sterren. We voelen ons daar zeer welkom en keren graag ook terug volgend jaar.

Posizione strategica nel centro di Livigno a due passi dalle piste da sci. Ottima colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata. Personale disponibile e gentile. Camera piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort, Comodo parcheggio appena fuori dall'hotel. Noleggio sci convenzionato a due passi dalla struttura. Deposito sci in struttura.

Heel persoonlijk, mooie kamers, voortreffelijk ontbijt, leuke bar en top personeel. Skigebied ook prima, hotel dicht bij de lift en bij voldoende sneeuw met sli s bereikbaar. We hadden geluk dut jaar veel sneeuw en mooi weer, bedankt team Daniela voor de gastvrijheid en goede service

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet! Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal! Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Vom Skiraum aus direkt mit den Skiern zur Gondel-Station rüber fahren, ohne zu laufen. Sehr schönes Wohlfühl-Hotel! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
