THB Cala Lliteras

Sara and the whole team were all fantastic. Friendly and very accommodating. I was upgraded to a sea view room and a lovely bottle of champagne in our room to welcome us. They all made our 17th wedding anniversary extra special. Restaurant staff were equally great as well. All friendly and helpful. Lots of good selection at the buffet breakfast. Hotel was clean and spotless. Town and beach are all walking distance. Hotel is in a good location. Just parking will be probably a problem during peak season. Other than that we are very happy to stay with THB Cala Lliteras. Would highly recommend it. Thanks for making our stay special.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 months over the last two summers due to work. Nice hotel with great friendly staff in a quiet location just off the main road that’s close to everything. A nice pool area with great bar staff. Only downside is the gym area which would do with another air conditioner but this is only a minor detail.

Best holiday in a long time We enjoyed this hotel and holiday so much; we extended it by a few more days! We couldn’t have been happier with everything about Guya Playa. It’s perfect for families for so many reasons. This is not your typical high rise hotel, but small apartments with a lovely vibe. We chose to upgrade to a sea view and was worth every penny - especially if you have kids asleep early and you’re not stuck staring at the car park with your evening beer. The food here was simply exceptional. There is a different theme every evening but still get regular food in addition to. The standard of dishes and ingredients is second to non. As the only vegan in the family, it’s always a bit worrying and limiting. Not the case here. There were vegan options every evening; the chef not over complicating. Cooked amazing dishes such as ratatouille, vegan curries, salads, garlic mushrooms, various vegetables with garlic….I could go on and on. Breakfast time they also had different plant based milks to choose from; almond, soya and oat. The staff were very friendly and did everything to help us with any issues and were lovely with our young children. They even let us get a breakfast when checking out early in the morning before flying home. There are the pools ideal for children also. They don’t look too big on the photos but are more than adequate, and really safe. Always a lifeguard on duty. Beach nearby gets very crowded and is best to go early morning; sun beds are €16 for 2 and an umbrella. If you came brave the crows head towards the other end of the beach away from the hotels and it gets quieter and more beautiful. Anybody feeling particularly brave; the mountain with a tower on top that you can see from the pool is accessible. After a few unsuccessful attempts; the lady on reception told me the route for a morning jog. If you follow the red markings up the mountain, it leads to the summit. Bear in mind it’s rocky and a little challenging in some areas. Predominantly German resort but lots of different nationalities within the hotel. If anybody is wanting to watch English premier league games when there…be aware, bars aren’t particularly accommodating to requests for games - only Bundesliga. Shout out to who was happy to show any premier league game on request and has a beautiful bar/restaurant down on the front in Cala Radjada. Notes for improvements. Rooms could have a brush so that you can sweep up after a meal and messy kids - rather than waiting for the cleaner the next day. The wrist bands are a bit of a nightmare aswell. No plastic and wooden contraptions around your wrist; fantastic for the environment. However, they keep faltering (I assume when the wood gets wet from the pool). We went through 8 bands in total during the holiday. Also Cala Radjada is far away from Palma. This adds to the beauty and vibe, but we paid for a private taxi from the airport; which still takes an hour. If you have young kids

Very good silent hotel with amazing sea view and good food. No children . Nice pool . Good location many shops around and nice beach..Big minus however for lack of drinking water in room and lack of emtertainment in the night . Should be improved for money paid.

We returned home yesterday We spent three nights here after flight cancellation and a miserable few hours in the airport .The staff here are amazing ,not one without a kind word and a smile .Both rooms we had were lovely clean big and what amazing views (our second room was just beyond special.The food was great always something different .The ladies at reception Gemma who had a smile at 2in the morning after having an extra 40guests sprang on her,Tania and Sara who went above and beyond to look after us and solve issues and easing stress with light hearted banter Thank you so much ladies (my husband says you are angels )from two grateful oldies we would love to come back !

We only spent 2 days here due to our flight cancellation. Wow what a stay! The staff were great hotel lovely and clean and the rooms were spacious . The pool area had plenty of sunbeds spaciously set out Life guard was very friendly and took time to talk to you. Overall a very nice place to stay for relaxing holiday.

I spent 6 days in this beautiful place, and it was the second time for me. The hotel is located outside the downtown but 10 minutes walking distance from it, really close to shops, restaurant and the beach. It is really nice and new renovated, but what also make the difference is the staff working there, they make you feel welcomed, at home and on holiday at the same time. A special thanks goes to Lorena, the restaurant manager, who took every day the time to have a small talk with me and she let me feel like “welcome back”! Thanks also to Norah from restaurant, Pedro Garcia and Miru!! I really suggest the hotel to everyone and hope to come back next year!

Stayed 5 nights, staff very helpful, with anything. Room was decent and breakfast well, didn’t need lunch when we went out! Breakfast was great, so were the staff I’d happily stay a fortnight there The views are good and town isn’t far away. My only regret is not having an evening meal which would of cost 15 euros, if it was anything like breakfast would of been worth it

The hotel was exceptional all staff were brilliant and no request was a problem the food was good the staff in the restaurant were great especially the manager of the restaurant very helpful there was one waitress her name is Miruna who was so pleasant to everyone in the restaurant always ready to have little chat, Reception was always there day and night with any problems you had, and can not forget cleaners who kept the hotel spotless
