Me and my boyfriend are currently in this hotel. Hotel 4 stars, for us it does not even deserve 3. We have all inclusive. Rooms: will not clean, throughout the stay, no fridge, no table on the balcony, bathroom (rusty taps), beds only springs, dirty mattresses. Drinks were not allowed in the restaurant. And after the restaurant there was nowhere to take something to drink. Still hot drink in such hot weather because no fridges in the room. After the night running children in the corridor and screaming in the morning the same. No rest. Restaurant: eternal queues to the restaurant, not friendly service. Poor choice of food (my watermelon diet). Couldn't bring coffee into the room from the restaurant. Bar: No choice of drinks, one evening I got it on love on the beach and another waiter didn't want to make it for me because it's not all inclusive. Special drinks in all inclusive that you couldn't drink. The waiter just showed that money makes everything. Where did we book all inclusive. Pool: Dirty, ladders on which people were afraid to climb because they were constantly moving, sunbeds with 20 pieces, no place to rest. Reception: We were told nothing about the rules when we checked in, no information. Internet practically does not work at all. The views next to the hotel are beautiful, there is a place to come. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants in this part, but you could eat something normal than in the hotel. We have been to many 3 and 4 star hotels and the conditions are really better. The hotel does not deserve good reviews. Anyone who gives good reviews for this hotel has probably never stayed in any hotel. So much money spent I don't know what. We had to buy towels and paper. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dont book this hotel if you expect a 4* standard. If the management could focus on the repetitive negative customer comments then this hotel would be a decent 3*. The all inclusive system of carrying around many different cards for everything is just not customer friendly and having to return your (1 per person) plastic beaker to get a refill only works in favour of the hotel. The rooms are not 'quaintly Spanish' as management defends... they're old and dated and need seriously updating. Dont pay a large amount (like me) to upgraded your room as they were all the same. Only difference was a pool view which wasn't anything special but better than staring at the street (photo) Time, money and effort has been put into a lovely pool area that gets plenty of sun. The childrens little water park is a big hit and the main pool is a good temperature and crystal clear (salt water) 92 sunbeds in poor condition and 26 parasols are just not enough for a hotel with almost 380 rooms. The food is standard all inclusive. Quite repetitive but its hot and tasty and a wide selection for all ages. The drinks are you're basic all inclusive choices and paying guests get a priority service. Entertainment was poor and for our last 2 days there were large groups of young sports teams that took over the pool and restaurant. (Photo) The girl at the restaurant entrance, the rooftop barman, the lifeguard and our cleaning lady (room 457) were all so lovely. The main barmen could smile a bit more but I understand they're busy. All being said...All the staff work very hard and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We had a great time. Just dont go with high expectations

This hotel is nowhere near a 4 star more like a 2 star, all inclusive doesn't start until 12 on day of arrival, all inclusive not good have to queue in a separate line for drinks, was made to sit in a certain area in restaurant. Drink choice very bad on all inclusive and the drinks card system is ridiculous take your glass back to get a refill. Rooms are so noisy walls sound like made out of paper mashy, too many french staying very rude. About 200 students turned up couple days into our holiday all french touching food, climbing balconies, shoving, ruined the whole experience. And to top it off myself and my husband both got stomach bugs all in our first week. Never again !!!

Well what can I say, when I first enter the hotel I was not happy because the main entrance was dirty and people smoking everywhere. The bedroom was basic but nice and comfortable for me and clean every morning. The breakfast was cold but could eat if you’re not bothered. The spa was lovely and made my holiday. The bar and entertainment was good. The best part of my holiday was meeting Melanie, this lady took care of us throughout, she gave us instructions that lead us to have so much fun. I will go back and I recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, hotel, staff, services & food. Jaquzzi, pool, entertainment, friendly staff. Your time here alone will even be fun. Fresh drinks loved the freshly squeezed orange juices. Definitely comming back. Price was affordable

Genuinely awful . Rude bar stuff , food is borderline un-edible, beds are like concrete , don’t expect to sleep in past 6am because the noise of banging doors in unbearable .Only positive is location

Just back from royal beach. Typical all inclusive hotel and more like 3* than a 4*. Enjoyed our stay. Main pool and roof top adult only jacuzzi area very good. Food was decent quality if somewhat limited choice. Alcohol seemed weak but drinkable. Staff were general pleasant but with a few grumpy ones thrown in. Nightly entertainment was varied and good. 2 mns from fenals beach and a 10/15 mn walk from centre of lloret.Overall, and for the money we paid ,it was ideal for a short break, but wouldn't fancy a 2 week stay

Nice clean rooms, pool area etc. Great little splash park for kids. Food was good but restaurant was very hectic, often had to wait in line for table, didn’t really feel like eating in a restaurant, it would be better if the meal times were longer. Being able to request packed lunches (day before) was a nice touch for days out. Friendly, polite staff. Entertainment wasn’t great, kids disco was good but started but late, we were often sat bored waiting for it. Entertainment & Acts after the kids disco were boring. I would stay again if I saw deal at good right price, but wouldn’t particularly search for this hotel.

Last week I went to beach hotel in Spain and I will be reviewing it and when I visited it it was beautiful! Loved my time at Beach Hotel , because when I got there I saw the big orange bucket tip hitting and breaking the hard water tension! Just then I looked at all the l Lovely , cool drinks. Then they brought some volleyball nets in the pool and everyone where jumping around like a dolphin doing tricks. Immediately I got changed into my swim stuff then I jumped in the pool with water jumping off my skin. The thing I enjoyed most was waiting for the bucket to tip. Standing there ready to cool off.going down the slide pushing against the walls trying to go faster.then you reach the end.that was my favourite because the water was nice and cold and refreshing and it would cool you down in the 38 degree heat. I would rate this a five star holiday,Because there is a thing to do every day like go to the beach which is right next to the hotel go to the park or swim in the pool go to the shops buy souvenirs for friends and a lot more you will make lots of friends and there are party games and shows every night.I would definitely recommend it to a friend I loved it here.
