Hotel Lonavla

We had booked 3 rooms for 7 people with Goibibo at Hotel Lonavala for 9th-10th July for our Marathon on Sunday morning and even confirmed with hotel staff- Sandeep on 8th evening when we informed him that we would be reaching there around 2 PM. However we got a huge shock when we called them at 2 to say that we would be delayed and reach there by 4 PM since we were caught in traffic. Sandeep was extremely rude and simply hung up stating that our reservation was canceled and a mail was sent. Thereafter he simply stopped taking our calls. The so called mail is still to reach us 🙄😈. We had to waste our precious evening running around looking for alternatives in the incessant rain despite having confirmed our booking. Thanks for nothing Hotel Lonavala 🤬🤬. You people Suckkk!!!! Please avoid even considering leave alone booking at this hopeless Hotel 😡😡😡

We had booked three double rooms for 7 persons for 9th July night, as we had signed up to run the Lonavala Varsha Marathon on 10th July morning. The booking was done two weeks in advance and was confirmed through booking .com. One day earlier also the booking was confirmed by one Mr Sandeep. Credit card details was also provided, However when we travelled to Lonavala on 9th, and called on the way to inform that we were getting late, Mr. Sandeep informed us that the booking has been cancelled. No reasons were given. And after this re refused to take our calls. We were left stranded high and dry in the midst of torrential rains and the peak tourist season without a room. We had to run around till 6.00 pm in the evening and eventually ***aged bare minimum rooms at exorbitant price 12 kms away. Horrible attitude and horrible service. Never booking there again.

Pathetic service and new ***agement. Very very bad experience after so ***y years I have experienced very bad service. Inspite of Informing the new ***ager about cleanliness no action was taken upon, hair was found in the room same was shown to the supervisor. Also very bad quality food was also sent to us. I hope my message reach out to Mr. Jai. Who understands basic hospitality. You have for sure lost your customer who has been staying during covid and weekdays days when your hotel has no business. Please book this hotel as your last option. Really really so terrible this time that feel like never coming back to this place.
