Very good hotel at the best value for money, very clean with a reception at the top. Perfect for a stay in London.

The person, Vaida, running the breakfast service was outstanding. Fast polite and efficient. She couldn’t do more to help. I wanted my fried eggs turned and burnt and to Vaida it was the easiest thing to make happen. Perfect service. Thank you Vaida.

Great place to stay, handy for excel, food very reasonable, parking easy. Handy for the tube. Great nights sleep, very clean. Had a family room.

Second time I’ve stayed and second time I’ve complained- have no choice but to stay here due to work contracts. Abrupt and rude on reception- no rule to help. Understaffed. Second time the booking has been made incorrectly with regards meal deal and dinner allowance. Chased down in the hotel to pay for a drink when I was on my way to the toilet so I paid for the drink to find it had been taken away upon return! I shall update when I leave tomorrow.

Hotel let it’s self down by putting an incorrect postcode ‘for sat nav’ on website so spent 30mins driving around trying to find it before having to call reception - not ideal after a 3hr drive with a toddler! Otherwise nice hotel - perfect walking distance for Excel Centre (purpose of trip). Typical Premier Inn, although missed Costa Coffee in the morning. Room was great size for our family of 3. Would stay again (now know to use just the hotel postcode!).

Good efficient and friendly staff. Good price for the one night we stayed the room was a good size with a good TV and a nice sized bath. Generally very quiet with just a small amount of noise from the nearby rail line but this did not bother us. The meal deal of evening meal and all you can eat breakfast was well worth taking advantage of. Very good location if using London City airport.

Don’t stop here Excel Premier Inn is undergoing building work, it’s loud. I asked for a room away from the work, reception put me in a room 1 room from the work! I went to the resturant and a mouse ran in front of me … I will not stay here again, there are other hotels near by I will book one if those next time I’m at the Excel.
