The hotel is really good. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We had Good stay. There was no restaurant in the hotel, it would have been good if they had it. But the location is really good as the train station is just walking distance. Will come back again!!

Hotel was placed in a perfect location, rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Breakfast was amazing with plenty to offer. All the staff were amazing stand out performance was Jade who was so welcoming and really helpful. We'll be back.

We got help from a nice woman Bri and the plage is Nice and clean, and has a good location in central London. I Can recommend this hotel and wanna give a applause to Them. Thank you for the good time.

Great location. Walking distance from Tower of London and tower bridge and close to the tube. We had a family room which didn’t have loads of space because of all the beds but was perfectly fine for one night. Staff were helpful and room was clean. Didn’t hear any noise so had a good nights sleep. Good price. Would definitely recommend

Convenient for Central Lo Don, close to 2 tube stations and the bus network. Noisy aircon in the room though, bit other than that I couldn't hear a thing. Staff were excellent, professional and helpful. Breakfast? Well cooked, plentiful and a good selection to choose from. One thing though... I wasn't aware I could store my.luggage for the day there after checking out, and I had already booked a separate facility. Would have been nice for this to be publicised!

I’ve stayed in this hotel about 5 times and I’ve always had an excellent stay! Super close to Aldgate tube station, nice, safe area, about a 2 minute walk to Aldgate and about a 5 minute walk to Aldgate East tube station. The lobby is modern, nice modern rooms, a bit on the small side but that isn’t an issue, modern bathroom, comfortable double bed, there is a kettle in the room too, ask reception for a hair dryer. I highly recommend. The receptionists have always been lovely too and you can leave your suitcases at the hotel before or after check in.

I booked a super room which was clean and well presented. The room itself was spacious enough for one person. The water was hot and it was super quiet on my floor. The blackout curtains meant that I had a good nights sleep. Vanisa at reception was very helpful when I was checking out.

Plamedi and Anita were so helpful to me and my family of 4 - making the check in easy and quick. We had some issues we wanted help with and once again they were so friendly polite and helpful. More importantly a smile on greet makes the world a better place, thanks. Thanks guys Hawkins family
