Decepcionado com a falta de caráter, a sacanagem e constrangimento reservar um quarto de hotel pelo site e qdo chega na recepção querem cobrar pelo café da manhã e garagem.... uma vez que pelo site está incluso.... olha não volto mais.... obrigado!!!

Pagamento no check in - já começa errado. Péssimo em tudo! Não tem nenhum serviço de quarto e os atendentes da recepção nem conseguem informar sobre, de tão desagradáveis, destreinados e preguiçosos. O café da manhã não é incluso - não existe opção para pessoas com restrições. O café cobrado a parte é pobre - poucas opções - e ruim de qualidade. Hotel antigo, velho! Cama ruim. O chuveiro demora uma eternidade para esquentar, desperdiçando água. O ar condicionado fica apontado direto para a cama, não tem regulagem… as funções não funcionam. Procurem outro hotel em Londrina!

Hotel velho, mal cuidado, sem manutenção. Ainda usa TV de TUBO (e os controles remotos não funcionavam). Café da manhã fraco, ar condicionado do restaurante sem funcionar (ligam um climatizador móvel que pouco ajuda), elevadores também precisando de manutenção. Escolha simplesmente terrível! Nunca mais!

Excelente Hotel! Atendimento ótimo, quarto limpo e confortável, excelente área de lazer na cobertura e comida deliciosa no café. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Já é a segunda vez que nós hospedamos e pretendemos voltar sempre que estivermos por Londrina. O estacionamento poderia ser melhorado, talvez demarcando as vagas de acordo com os apartamentos. No restante, excelente.

Cuidado, cobram a diária dobrada! Me hospedei no hotel dia 18/04, reserva pelo booking. Avisei VÁRIAS VEZES quem fez o check-in que a reserva já havia sido debitada no valor TOTAL. Mesmo assim o atendente disse que "era normal e iria cair" e teria de cobrar novamente. Pensando que seria o caso, aceitei. Nenhum pagamento jamais foi estornado e agora há duas cobranças em meu cartão. Uma feita as 08:46 em nome de Crillon Palace Hotel e outra as 20:00 em nome de Crillon Palace Hotel L.
