老顧客了，個項服務都比較滿意，舒適的房間，熱情的服務態度，多樣化的自助早餐，每次出差都是這家酒店，非常好！

總枱服務員態度不友好，房間老舊異味重，空調無用導致房間又悶又熱，窗外臨街半夜人聲，車聲太吵，對面有個工地，噪音響一夜，超級差的體驗，不推薦入住

為了參加“目瑙縱歌節”，入住了該酒店，由於是節日，所以當天的房價漲了2-3倍，平時一兩百，當天480多的房價。
該房間2張1.8米的大床，住4人沒有問題。房間非常大，還有麻將桌。除了大，其他就沒有什麼優勢了，設施也老舊了。
