設施：園區大停車方便，房間寬敞採光好，定的雙床房兩張大雙人床另外還有很大空間，孩子就想泡温泉，玩水，沒想到房間內的私湯就夠她玩的了，泡了兩天公共一天私湯，其他時間在園內草坪玩了會，大堂還有桌球，乒乓，籃球，抓娃娃和遊戲機，一年級小朋友足夠了。九層有免費汗蒸和KTV，還有一些別的設施正在裝修
衞生：布草都很乾凈，浴袍質量很好也沒都沒有異位，茶杯，漱口杯都很乾凈沒有水漬。
服務：服務很贊，在酒店遇到不管是接待，餐廳服務，客房清潔，維修的員工都很和善親切，主動問好，退房時候自帶的水壺線落下了，上樓的時候碰到查房員給我送下來。
餐廳桌餐量很大，味道還可以，性價比挺高的
希望再擴大園區，多增加些小童遊樂户外運動設施，能滿足七天假期就最好了

衞生：房間的衞生可以，感覺比較乾淨
設施：房間是新裝修的，但是沖林區明顯設計有問題，沖個澡外面一地水，本來進房間時看到淋浴區有推水的刮板還奇怪，洗完澡一下明白了，這是讓住客自己打掃用的…
服務（主要是餐廳）：轉了一圈酒店周邊基本沒有正經餐館，都是民宿，所以就在酒店進行了晚餐，單點的飯菜不錯，量大，味道也可以，但不滿意的是服務人員的態度，兩次詢問問題，都是愛答不理，然後就是酒店的早餐了，都不知道該怎麼拍，主要兩個問題，第一，酒店入住發早餐卷，然後就得知根據餐卷顏色區分用餐位置，一種在三層，一種在一層，這就難免讓人覺的是有區分的，第二就是早餐的飯菜，酒店在攜程分類是五星，吃下來感覺就是民宿的早餐改成了自助形式，好一點的商務都比不了，真不知道這個評分怎麼來的…沒有雞蛋的炒飯，和混沌一個湯的麪條…不知道説什麼了……
其他：酒店是温泉酒店，定的是帶泡池的房間，温泉泡着不錯，屋裡私湯很方便，泡的很舒服，唯一的建議就是衞生問題，房間提供了84和刷子，客人可以自己清理，但是泡池裡麪沒有噴淋，這個池子用84刷了之後怎麼沖洗？希望改進

傳説這裡是遼蕭太后療養的地方，環境很不錯，這裡是真温泉，泡在温泉水裡很舒服，皮膚都光滑了不少！
酒店房間很大，很乾凈，房間裏有很大的泡池，泡兩個人完全沒問題，房間有一張1.8米和一張1.5米的床，很適合一家三口親子游！
酒店人員服務態度也很好，很推薦來這裏！

坐落在茅荊壩鄉，被山環繞。裝修非常有檔次，房間佈局很好。我們這次是三大一小，定了一間泡池房，一個1.8米的床，一個1.5米的床。適合家庭出遊。娛樂設施有桌球，乒乓球，閲讀空間，温泉泳池，室內外温泉。餐廳價格合理，五個大人用晚餐人均40，還吃不完。飯菜可口。閑暇之餘，適合拖家帶口旅遊。退房返京，前台小姐姐還贈送了飲料。好貼心。下次還來。

房間就一個字：大！2人住感覺特別空曠。説有五星級品質，實際上很多設施達不到，洗手池和水龍頭不符，洗個手全都從後邊濺出去了，淋浴設施從上邊出水，洗髮水有結晶體溢出，房間水杯不乾淨。。。很多五星級最低標準都沒有，作為五星級酒店，吃飯餐廳和室外温泉與度假村共用，既然是共用，那消費者為什麼要選擇酒店？衹是為了追求大房間嗎？最最吐槽的就是公共温泉！！！設施老舊！衞生環境臟亂差！抽煙的就在池邊隨便抽，工作人員也不管！泡池也不多就幾個，汗蒸房還要換衣服才能進，總之是我去過最差的温泉了！回房間泡私湯吧，結果房間的水一點都不熱，根本泡不透！總之一句話，花了五星級的錢，享受的確實民宿的待遇，還是那句話，除了房間特別大以外，沒有一點兒值得推薦的！對了，早餐也特別一般！

預訂了私湯汗蒸山景房，開間大夠闊朗，從前台服務到樓層服務都很好，酒店餐廳的飯菜還挺不錯，好吃不貴量還大，具超高性價比，很適合大冷天裏的休養。唯一可惜之處就是房間缺細節，比如缺少床頭畫、寫字枱、牀頭櫃的配置，好在離完美不遠，加油吧！

臨時決定的目的地，入住體驗還不錯，提前一小時辦了入住，前台態度很好，房間很大，兩張床，一個一米八一個一米五，一家四口住都沒問題，空間比較大，衞生間也寬敞，有個一米五私湯，孩子們玩得都很開心，酒店的泳池和温泉也還可以，九層的娛樂設施和汗蒸很不錯，早午晚餐吃的口味很好菜量大，推薦。

春節假期期間帶父母出行，酒店整體環境非常好，庭院環境怡人，過年期間掛滿彩燈很有節日氛圍，鎮上還有廟會活動很熱鬧～
酒店公共泡池很多，室外泡池空氣清新是很特別的體驗。房間內部衞生條件很好，泡池給準備了84和刷子，汗蒸也非常方便。父母都很開心，是非常好的家庭出遊體驗～
