As a family with a little kid we spent one night here! Pick up from the parking lot, including a carrier for our suitcase were easy to organise. The host speaks some English and communication via WeCaht was quick. The view from the hotel and the room were magnificent! The family served excellent dinner and we recommend trying their specialties! Had a great stay in a very relaxing and calm environment!

You need to walk around 20min to the hotel through the village, pick up service.

Amazing experience and great for family travel. Wonderful to wake up with a coffee and watch the sunrise over the rice terraces from the balcony in in our room.

Fantastic service, we had a car arranged for us. Luggage was carried for us (vehicles are not allowed around the rice terraces so it is a 30min walk). Anything we wanted was catered for. The walk to the hotel is worth it, the view is fantastic. The food is also excellent and prepared to order. There is a selection of local and western food. I would definately stay again, as each season view is different I probably will.

Quite a climb to get to the hotel but it’s worth it! Probably the most amazing view I ever had in a hotel. The owners were really accommodating - helping me get to the place, finding places to go to, and giving me instructions on how to commute back to Guilin. They speak fluent english, and would reply on WeChat anytime. The room and the bathroom were clean, decent, and spacious. They had an english food and drinks menu which was helpful as well.

Environment: The location is very good, you can see the terraced fields, the scenery is beautiful
Hygiene: The bed in the room feels old and dirty. It may be because the mountains are very humid.
Facilities: The shower is not good, the water is not hot even after leaving it for a long time, I almost catch a cold after taking a bath; the glass door and screen window cannot be closed, and they pop open after a while, killing two mosquitoes
Service: The service is very good. The boss arranges transportation for pick-up and drop-off.
The noodles for breakfast are delicious. One chicken and two are ok. Two people can't finish it.
