Just across the road from Crypto.com. Super convenient if you are catching a LA Lakers match. Down the road, 8 mins walk to Target. Not noisy. Hotel clean and very comfortable. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

great location within walking distance to convention center and food services. very noisy because faces the bars.

We were really looking forward to this stay. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. When we pulled up to the hotel we pulled up to extremely loud noises made by workers on strike. Nobody gave us an advanced notice that there was a strike going on. The restaurant and bar was closed because of the strike which was very inconvenient. The workers or people on strike started making noise at 6am. We had a late night the night prior and because of this we got no sleep. This was an absolute terrible experience and I wish someone would have told us this before we got to the hotel. We feel like we got robbed of our money. Unreal.

We have arrived early and the allow us to check in early. Staff are polite and friendly

Room was clean, service was good. Parking is Valley an additional 55 to the room over all good place.

The hotel is good, but the night shift staffs are unfriendly and service attitude are rude. Also don't have phone charges for borrowing, and no toothbrush supplies provide in the bathroom.

Protesting didnt know about it and loud woke us up at 6 yelling from outside

My 1st night was good, but the 2nd was bad. The room next to me partied until 4-5am and had loud music and what seemed about 10-15 people in it. Needless to say, i didn't get much sleep that night which is why i got the room for in the first place.

Paying a destination fee of $24 a day for amenities that the hotel didn’t have was asinine to me.

On Trip.com it advertises the hotel with a spa and massage which actually do not exist. The bathroom door was horrendous. It was a real battle to open and close it. On several occasions my husband had to let me out as the design is so poor you can’t pull it open. Service at Reception is a bit patchy. They very just shrug their shoulders. We were charged nearly $30 extra each day as a “Destination Fee” and “Dest Occupancy Tax”. When I queried this they just shrug their shoulders and tell you to take it up with whoever you booked the stay with. Trip.com mention extra taxes but not that much.

Check in was easy, Gina provided excellent service at both check in and check out. Valet staff was efficient and friendly. Housekeeping was also great. Overall, the hotel was clean and would stay again. Approximately five minute walk to staples center.
