Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the price.

We are a family of four, we stayed one night. We enjoyed every moment in this amazing hotel. The view from the room is outstanding, we could see the Traful lake and all around, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel where we had dinner was excellent.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. The room overlooked the lake and had a balcony, giving us an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The breakfast had everything we wanted. We also dined at the hotel and the food was good. The indoor swimming pool is small but nice, with a nice jacuzzi. We really recommend going to Traful and staying at this beautiful hotel. The personnel deserves especiall praising.

Es un hotel con arquitectura moderna que resalta en el entorno natural de buena forma. El diseño interior y su distribución es entretenida para gente joven o sin restricciones en la movilidad. No es lo mismo para personas mayores donde tendrán que subir y bajar escaleras circulares o grandes desniveles tanto al interior como exterior del mismo. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas , más los colchones, en nuestro caso, estaban hundidos y fueron el punto bajo de la experiencia luego de dos noches en el hotel. El personal muy amable , destacando las chicas de servicio Restorante . Restorante linda vista , y agradable planteo de mesas y servicio. El menú si bien no tiene nada de especial se le suma la estar mal ejecutado. La ensalada del chef , deja mucho que desear en lo técnico y calidad (repollo color y blanco cortados de una manera que inunda todo) y verduras pasadas de madurez : un punto muy bajo allí. Cremas técnicamente mal ejecutadas aunque bien presentadas. Aquí está el punto más bajo de todo el lugar . La pileta está pasada de cloro y el agua turbia, falta de aseo en general !

Mala experiencia porque no se condice el precio con la calidad ni con los servicios ofrecidos. El sector SPA está en malas condiciones por falta de mantenimiento (calefactores con pintura descascarada) y mala limpieza en ventanales, la pileta es muy pequeña, las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas, se escucha todo lo que conversan en habitaciones contiguas. Posee rampas de acceso muy pronunciadas. Los espacios comunes son pequeños, mal dispuesta la circulación al front desk, se debe reservar lugar en el salón comedor (muy pequeño) por turnos. Es inexistente conectividad, tanto en telefonía celular como internet.

Muy buen hotel en medio de las montañas; fui en pareja, Es el único hotel de la Villa; el resto son cabañas y hosterias. Hotel mediano, todos los espacios del hotel aprovechan la vista a las montañas y al lago que es muy linda. Todo se ve impecable y nuevo, muy buena atención. Habitación con cama grande súper cómoda. Tiene pileta cubierta, no es grande pero esta buenísima. Imperdible: el sauna seco y húmedo. Tenes que reservar y Tenes acceso para vos y un acompañante por 1 hora. Recomiendo hacerlo temprano para no perdérselo. Internet no funciona casi en ningún lugar del pueblo, el hotel no es la excepción. Por momentos entran mensajes pero no se puede contar con eso. Volvería.

El.hotel es imponente....la vista maravillosa..... la cordialidad de todo el personal....las instalaciones....la limpieza....todo perfecto! Siendo extremadamente exigente diría que el sistema de turnos para desayunar hace que en vacaciones siga teniendo horarios que cumplir....entiendo que es x ñas dimensiones del lugar y la cantidad de gente hospedada....igual es tan rico,variado y abundante que da placer disfrutarlo!

Lindo hotel. Muy buenas vistas desde habitaciones en primer y segundo piso. La atención es esmerada pero poco profesional.. Hay muy buena voluntad pero poco profesionalismo. El acceso es muy complicado sobre todo para personas mayores. Para gente con restricciones motoras o discapacitados ni pensarlo. La calidad de la comida en el restaurante entre 5 y 6 puntos. El desayuno es bueno. La habitación pequeña pero bien calefaccionada y la cama y almohadas cómodas. No hablo de problemas personales hago una evaluación general REGULAR
