I booked a King Suite with a pull out bed. I arrived at the hotel. Checked in. Was told nothing about the room I booked being unavailable. Got up to the room and checked in to find that they checked me into a 2 queen bed room. I called down to the front desk and said they checked me into the wrong room and she said yeah sorry about that our system overbooked us and we don't have any King Suites available. They should find the glitch in their system that overbooks, and I should have been told upfront about the wrong room when I arrived. Also the King Suite cost more upon booking than the 2 queen room did. They ended up refunding me $80 of my booking. Which made the circumstance a little better but was still frustrating.
