This trip is to celebrate our anniversary and we did enjoy our stay here. The staffs are friendly and smiling all the time. Comfotable room, beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere. Recommend.

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and New Year. From start to finish we really had a great time with our 7 month year old. The reception staff were very accommodating. Nice place to stay at the lakes with a 20 min walk to Bo’ness

這個酒店怎麼説呢，很取決於天氣。因為去的那天正好下雨，天灰濛濛的，景色也就沒那麼好看了，性價比就很低了。去湖區自駕還算方便，但酒店安靜地讓人有些許無聊。如果是來安靜工作或趕paper的，那也還行。
另外：這家拍照很出片+餐食很好吃。

莊園的整體環境很好，離湖區碼頭很近，早餐品質可以，但房間不大且比較簡陋，服務人員態度不友好，小朋友還要單獨收費35磅一人。

五星的環境，1分服務，早餐單點的，環境很漂亮，但是是這幾天住過酒店最難吃的！提醒沒有租車的朋友謹慎入住，位置不太方便，叫出租車很麻煩，離鎮不太近！我們看到好多家庭先跑鎮上叫車，然後再拉行李。服務真的不咋的，有一個去過中國的前台服務特別好其他的真的不行，喊用電瓶車拉幾個行李，説要等，但是等好久她也不知道。房間老舊，走路都吱吱呀呀的，也特別小，隔音極差！住了4晚，感覺自己是冤大頭
