在彌勒住的麗楓，感覺很好，抱着同樣的希望繼續在陸良住，同樣的連鎖店可是不一樣的服務：晚上九點左右到的，辦理完入住房卡卻打不開門，電話兩次催促前台一直在狡辯，實在是無語，六分鐘後來開門，神情還一直有點傲慢，經愛人交涉後態度才改變。第一個電話是問怎樣進入停車場，第二個電話告之前台房卡打不開，第三個電話再催之，第四個電話前台一直在狡辯，在交涉中服務人員珊珊來遲

2016年我在深圳出差半年、也住了半年的麗楓酒店；彼時麗楓給我的印象是設備好、智能，服務很好，很有禮貌。本次回老家結婚，看到我們縣城有麗楓酒店，毫不猶豫的選擇了麗楓（憑以前的居住體驗），放棄價格有優勢的聖邦大酒店（陸良人都知道、且周圍配套西華公園、現成商業中心），本人主要用於結婚用，並且也從廣東來30多位親友、入住時跟前台説明儘量就在位於套房的樓層，這樣方便早上搶親的時候不打擾到5樓的客户。就在我早上搶親的過程中，打電話跟我説退房的事，作為一個服務主體在知道我今天接親的情況下做如此不顧及客户體驗的動作，我瞬間感覺到很不舒服，此時的麗楓讓我變得很低級，做如此破壞人家好心情的下等之事。我認真的評論，是想讓選擇麗楓的各位慎重考慮這家的管理和服務是不達標的，衹能讓你睡個覺，其他別想了。過後我跟負責人説這事，她表示歉意，並説進行補償，我也未見補償、大概人家也衹是嘴上説説吧。

設施比較新，房間由小度智能語音控制，房間沒有異味，還配了空氣凈化器，乾淨衞生，晚上也很安靜。服務人員整體態度都比較好，遇到客人都會主動打招呼，早餐也不錯。
