A small, modern and immaculately presented cabin with everything you could need for your stay. The host was wonderful providing information on what would be or wouldn’t be available on Bruny Island and giving many helpful hints on where to eat, etc. The location is quiet and peaceful in a natural setting with the bonus of seeing wallabies and echidnas feeding in the evenings and in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.

Thoughtfully appointed (nespresso machine and pods:))and super clean. Surrounded by wallabies and with a water view, Loma cottages was a perfect base for exploring Bruny Island. Very lovely hosts too. Couldn't be happier with our choice. One thing to note is that while Alonnah is close by, the general store closes early (about 3:30), so if you want supplies for breakfast etc plan ahead.

We thought the cottages looked Scandinavian upon arrival but the inside wowed. Spotlessly clean, kitchen well stocked with everything one could wish for in a cabin/cottage, a comfortable bed, and delightful view over Daniels Bay. Wallabies grazed outside and a pair of robin redbreasts made an appearance which made our day. After a busy day at the Lighthouse, Adventure Bay and Bruny Island Premium wines, it was wonderful to come home to a nice cup of tea with a view of the sun sinking into the west.

Lovely small complex of four cottages . Everything you need is available in a compact unit . The bathroom is spacious and sparkling . The views are lovely and the beach is an easy walk . It is so quiet and peaceful and the bed is comfortable a good nights sleep is guaranteed. It is an easy drive to the Hotel Bruny for an evening meal if required . However there is an adequate kitchen and lovely communal barbecue area with covered seating adjacent to a fine fire pit . Highly recommend staying here . It was an excellent find .

Perfect in every way. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen great location and all at a reasonable price. The coffee machine, magazines and games were an added little bonus. The unit feels spacious and there are lots of windows for views of the bush and glimpses of the water.

This is a little hidden gem, immaculately clean, very private, designed with comfort and practicality in mind, love the guest book idea and enjoyed reading other guests feedback…the wildlife are right at your doorstep and the hosts are friendly and accommodating, would really recommend this place to stay when visiting Bruny, thank you for a lovely, relaxing, peaceful weekend away 😊

we stayed in the one room cottage for two nights...it was spot loosely clean and modern...the floors are beautiful... the kitchen is well equipped with even a pod coffee machine with pods...there were wallabies in the yard who were wonderful to watch...we enjoyed our time here...

Beautiful cottages, very modern and well laid out. The four cottages are set so that you have lovely unobstructed views and the small cottages feel large and spacious- all very intentional. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, large bedrooms, and plenty of living space indoors (couch, dining) to include a large deck with seating for outdoor dining. There is a shared bbq pavilion that has seating and tools, oil, and cleaning supplies. This is probably the best place to stay on Bruny!

We enjoyed our stay at Loma Cottages. There are 4 cottages in the Loma complex - all nicely situated to ensure privacy for each cottage. We had a 2 bedroom cottage, absolutely immaculate and the owners have considered everything we could want to make our stay very comfortable. The furniture and fittings are new and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a spacious bathroom. There is a filtered view through the gum trees to the water, and the Bennett wallabies graze just outside the windows! The cottages are centrally located on Bruny Island - easy distance to Adventure Bay and Allonah - where there is a great bistro at the Bruny Hotel.
