I have to say that the biggest feature of our trip to Luoyang is this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk was very welcoming and thoughtful, and worked quickly and efficiently. Check-in was easy and pleasant. After checking in, I felt great from the moment I walked in. Free tea, fruit, capsule coffee, and Yakult. The bedding is also very comfortable. The toiletries have a light and elegant fragrance. On the first night, because I had a lot of free time, I took a look around the interior of the hotel. It can be seen that the design details are very carefully thought out, and there are design details everywhere. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to most of the scenic spots. Yingtianmen Paradise Hall and Longmen Grottoes are just a short taxi ride away. In addition, Mr. Han, the concierge manager, is really warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Even when we were waiting for the rental, he would explain to us some things about the attractions and where to eat. They would also remind us to put on more clothes when it’s cold, and they would bring us water. This service feels like it must be super super five-star. Finally, the car to the airport was also arranged by the hotel. We sent you to the airport for free, took your luggage and adjusted your seat, and waved you goodbye when you were sent to the airport. The hotel is in the sports center. You can go to the swimming center and the professional trail by the lake to exercise. When you check in, you have upgraded to an American lake view room. There is an artificial lake outside the window. The service is the most satisfactory. , The room layout is reasonable, the service staff are professional and attentive, and a few notes make people feel like spring breeze. The elevator in the hotel does not have the usual notification sound, it is quiet, and the Yue Xiaoguan downstairs tastes good.

The hotel service is very good. The lobby and concierge gave a lot of help and care. Booking on the platform gave a lot of gifts, scenic spot tickets, pick-up, tea coupons, etc., all of which were used. The hotel has a retro style of the 50s and 60s, with cushions on the sofa and old cadre style. If you like it, you can try it. We came here in April, and it was still a bit cold. The air conditioner did not have warm air, which was a problem.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

It is worth mentioning that the hotel attaches great importance to safety. The rooms are not only equipped with fire-fighting equipment, but also the instructions for using fire extinguishers and fire-fighting tips are played on the TV screen. For this reason alone, I will use my real name as Amway Huamao Chunsong! Another thing I like is that the hotel's breakfast time is very long, from 7:00 to 11 o'clock. You can have breakfast even if you wake up after sleeping in. It's great! By the way, the hotel also has Luoyang beef soup for breakfast, which is quite delicious. The entire 12F floor has been renovated (renovation). I chose to stay on 12F this time.
