設施：停車方便，交通主幹道邊上。
衞生：乾淨明亮，衞生間熱水也可以，水量夠大。
環境：清凈，二樓過道相當寬敞，都可以打球了
服務：服務周到熱情，而且還有水果和小吃。

關於賓館的入住體驗我跟大家分享一下1.強調一下這是一個賓館並不是所謂的酒店，入住酒店安排在賓館的盡頭房間。隔音效果太差，半夜三更人走過都能聽見。2.賓館距離蘆山縣的鬧市區很遠很遠。3.在網上預訂時看到的酒店免費停車，根本就是騙人的，讓你隨意停在馬路邊上，根本沒有停車場之類的。然後路邊停車是要收費的，退房時賓館服務員可以把停車費收據給他們他們交，等離開後一直不交。

打掃衞生的阿姨們特別熱情，酒店設施真的挺不錯，應當是蘆山縣最好的。美中不足的可能就是窗口離小區比較近，夜裡電動車的聲音特別大。總體還是很棒的。
